stingyness is one of the many reasons I disliked my father

Child hood woulda been boring but mom spiced it up

God bless and keep you alive for me mom

Love you forever.

**Billionaire Ambition**
Most of you children will continue to eulogies your mother and hate on your father not until you're married and become a father. Then you'd appreciate the duty of a father.

A father is the unseen one who keeps the family running unannounced but a mother is announced cos she's busy the children.

WIFE : This is weekend I need to take the children to the cinema.

Husband : here's 20k. Get fuel on the car and treat the children nicely. I am going for a meeting.

Everyone is back home in the evening.

Children : "daddy, daddy, mummy took us to silver bird cinema, we took ice cream, watch movies and visit aunty z.

Dad: that's nice children. Did you say thank you to mummy.

The children grows up and begin to make stupid statement like airforce1

haba pls you should also read the woman's side of the story of why she left the house,if the husband doesn't want her back why force to swearhuhA normal man would gladly want to do away with an adulterous woman.....none of us can actually even state who's saying the truth and who's not except we know them personally.

So pls you should also read and try to comprehend without being biased
Slowpoke let me educate you again.

The woman left her matrimonial home without telling the husband her whereabouts for a whole month(highest state of disrespect). Most women goes into this overdrive when their husbands is seemingly worthless to them cos of financial state of his or lack of love for them.

She came back to her matrimonial home and wish everything remain the same but the husband says "hey no! I don't trust you to remain married to you except you prove your Fidelity while away we can't remain in the same house and be married" and wife out of guilt and knowing the consequences of her actions refuse to take the oral admission before an Oracle or whatever. Instead she threatened divorce and the husband said that's fine by him.

She sued for the dissolution of the marriage since the centre can no longer hold. Husband was invited to state his side of the story and he table it the way it is and restate conditions for which marriage would still hold. Remember, magistrate court are instituted to administer justice and find resolution to conflict not necessarily terminating marriages... It is not that easy as a suit can last 2 years after every possible solution had been exhausted to bring lasting peace.

Now, when it was her turn to speak, she went on the defensive alleging and cropping up things that are immaterial to the case at hand. The marriage is just less than two years and so she shouldn't form ignorance of the family she married into moreso the people and their circumstances she's propping up as excuses are elder brothers to the husband. She has been there long enough through her University days to understand the sort of family she wanted to be married into and eventually married into.

We should not always play gender card in all of this things cos at the end we've God and our conscience to look up to

The man is up to some mischief or plainly has mental problems

A normal man is very happy to divorce a suspected adulterous wife without regret. And marry a new wife to prove a point...

But for the woman to even be the one seeking divorce and the man resists, insisting she takes an oath...He is definitely about to use her for some rituals...Afterall,he is even jobless and poverty stricken at the moment.

Woman,Run for your life
You just read without a mind of your own to reason.

Let me interpret for you very well the likely scenario that's playing out.

They were once a happy family until the man lose his bank work. The wife started disrespecting him and even moving out of the house without informing him for that long a period. She later came back to her matrimonial home and the house refuse her insisting before he integrate her, she must swore to a deity that in her absence she had remained faithful to their matrimonial vow.... Maybe the man is afraid of sleeping with an adulterous wife which could've it consequence since he is a traditional believer.... The wife refuse this pact and instead plead for status quo or she divorce him. Maybe since both stuck to their guns the wife has no choice but to drag the husband to court.

The report has not stated any of them want to keep the marriage. The all have their conditions but why then you single out the man to vilify.

Some women are fair weather wives and girlfriend. I understand how hurt the man is after training the lady and losing his job and then the disrespect crept in from the wife. It can really be frustrating and damaging to the psyche.

Of course the wicked woman will come up with barrage of excuses and counter accusations to give her evil intentions a human face, I'll implore the man to move on otherwise she might poison him someday to be with her new paying lover.

After paying for your education, giving him a child you suddenly discover he's traditional cos probably of his unemployed state

If you stay close to an airport, observe very one. The one whose engine is located at the wings takes off into the sky more slowly. I don't know if the other one has a jet engine though

Travel › Re: Ask A Pilot... by freshvine(f): 11:34am On Aug 16, 2016
My question is simple... Why is it that planes with their engines at the tail wind areas are faster in take off and cruising speed but planes whose engine are attached to their wings are slower in take off.

I've been very unfortunate each time I want to fly it is the latter always on ground. There was a time Arik has 2 aircraft on ground boarding to port Harcourt from MMA Lagos simultaneously. I almost made a switch to join the one going to Port Harcourt International Airport Omagwa because it has the former engine type for it passengers while I was to land at the NAF base in Port Harcourt. Guess what, the hostess quickly discover my prank in time and bounce me to my original paid carrier.

I miss the experience

Lies! Would the fracas have been this full blown had it been the culprit was Igbo from another state or say Edo? Would they have gone on such a reprisal attack?

There is just so much hatred and violence everywhere, innocent lives lost. The Fulanis hate the Igbos, the Igbos hate the Hausas, the Hausas hate the Igbos. Hate, hate hate, this country is doomed mehn!
If an edo man kills an igbo, he'll be arrested, charge to court and the full weight of the law will be prescribed on him.

If an hausa man kill an igbo man, you can't even arrest him. If you do the emir of Kano takes him on bail or one kwakwanso and justice dies.

If an igbo man kills an edo man, he faces the consequence an edo man will face if reverse is the case.

If an igbo man kills an hausa man, he get killed even inside a police station and others of his tribesmen suffer same consequence until the government is satisfied that situation is even.

Now draw the analogy

You see two female corpses lying down and you want to draw conclusion by a third party account? I can bet you that if you go there, you'd get different narrations but at least, one variable will be consistent.

I still tell you that anything could have occurred amongst this three and this could be or not be anything related to the OP's account.
You're definitely sounding diplomatic. But I still insist that government are not interested in the outcome of conflicts like this one hence the local taking laws their hands.

The igbos are highly educated unlike being brainwashed by their leaders which is the practice obtain from other tribes. They know the story of Nebo where fulani herdsmen went and killed scores of indigenes and even when they sent out SOS to government security agents they didn't get help. Till now no arrest or prosecution and the government is telling these people that those hoodlums are from Libya. Can you imagine?

If the government has handled the situation with uttermost despatch and bring about justice to them, do you think an informed igbo person will use jungle justice to settle score in this situation? It all about government negligence to security issues and the protection of life and property.

The young hausa man that did this crime obviously had been brainwashed and told by whoever to do whatever he can do that he'll surely get away with it. He was obviously waiting for protection but the locals was smarter than him and his cohorts. If he has succeeded and got protected, the narrative would have turned to : Boko haram member on the run kills mother and daughter in imo state by the government and it would've collaborate the initial assertion that Imo state was to be attacked by Boko haram

I suggest you read that post again. Apparently, your deductions from the post has skewed into another drivel. I'd rather rely on professional reportage than 'true stories'.
You see two female corpse lying down and you're asking for professional reportage?

Ok Vanguard will go there and report : Hausa man unleash carnage in igbo community.

Sun will report : Tears and pain as hausa man rape and killed a young woman and her mother

Thisday will come up with : Bloodbath in South East : hausa man killed villagers.

Punch reports: hausa man slain for wooing an igbo girl

Nation reports : Hausa community attacked, scores killed.

Which is more professional to you than an eye witness account??

Firstly, I don't do tribal rants. So if you think I'll be lured by such, no vex, wrong number.

Secondly, you do not just swallow information given to you at face value. This could have been anyone, just anyone. The person the OP is calling Hausa may just have been Kanuri, Fulani or even a non-Nigerian. The OP could be of the opinion that just because he speaks what sounds to him like Hausa, he is Hausa.

Thirdly, this is still irresponsible reportage. It's really at this stage I support a regulation on the use of social media. What identity is the dead man? How has the picture helped you? Are you a medical expert or police man? Who knew what transpired to determine who is a criminal or otherwise.

Lastly, I understand the trend we have here on NL. There's so much hate around that bigotry is publicly celebrated and encouraged. Even the few who pretend to respect human lives lose it when someone from their tribe is involved irrespective of whether the subject is right or wrong. Pfffft!
The Nigerian Army have been killing protesting igbos and non igbos alike.

Fulani herdsmen have been killing igbos no question asked.

Beheading has persistently occurred in this dispensation and no one has been brought to book.

My dear friend, no one cares about his tribe. Government don't ask questions in this sort of thing so the locals went for him and those he associates with that looks like him. One thing you cannot fault the locals on is that they know the community of like mind he belongs.

Finally, Tribe and ethnicity are interrelated/interwoven but distinct from a logical point of view. Igbos have many ethnic dialects too. Playing emotional card without condemning the action of the barbaric individual is myopic.
