A very good day to you, if you're an observant about the portal since this morning, you will notice that RRR as at 2017 till date bounced back, ditto the auditing going on.

And as a result of that, all current payments for this semester, 2019_2 displayed minus. Just calm down, NOUN won't give you/us hypertension.

To resolve the issue, kindly follow the following process, as thus:

1. Log in to your portal
2. Click on your wallet
3. Tick Credit
4. Input the RRR that you've used in funding your wallet
5. Click submit
6. Once it's submitted, refresh the page. The minus would disappear.

OR

To remove the negative sign on your Portal(-223000) follow this procedure:

1. Log into your portal
2. Click on Manage wallet
3. Click on view wallet

You will see something like this:
Payment record for 1001613465211 audited!

Payment record for 101613465233 audited!

Payment record for 11613465244 audited!

log out and login again
It will come to normal again.
But, if you didn't see audited let me know.

Once you're done with this, you can go on with your payment.

hello fellow student My own minus balance is still in my portal despite that i have follow all the guide line above.please is there any way out or Should i need to go to the school may be they can resolve it for me.

Good day my parcel was arrived in Lagos on 18 June but still now I can't pick it up in akure.actually when my parcel arrived Lagos like that I will pick it up within 24 hrs in Akure.this one now is over 3 days.I'm worry about it.please what could be the problem.thanks.

At Ibadan study centre, the staff their delight in making life hard for students. They use every opportunity to extort money from students. Things students suppose to do at computer centres around, they will make it compulsory for students to do it at the school's ICT so as to make money from them.

Somethings you can walk into other centres and do within few minutes, it may take you 3 good days to do at Ibadan study centre. If you pass through Ibadan study centre, you will never wish to come back and do post graduate program again. I still don't know why someone has not reported the centre to the school management at Abuja. I am now sick and tired of this clearance process.

if you can't see the date after you login, you're affected - you won't be able to do anything for now.

but what is the way out?

MY Study centre(Akure) always request for current ID card.

I didn't registered in last semester but I register now for this semester I want to print my ID card for this semester but the site is showing You are not registered for the Second Semester 2018!.Please is there anybody facing this type of challenge.

u didn't get my question right . I am confused dude .what I saw online was just the 18k for compulsory fees , I was asking how I pay for my library ,ICT,stuff since all the cash is in my wallet .

the money will be automatically deducted in your wallet dont panic.

As the POP exam begins today for 300 level and above, I have few precautions and tips for you:

1. Ensure you get to your exam venue on time to relax and revise your material.

2. Remember to go with your exam slip.

3. Don't feel pompous in exam hall and at the same time respect exam rules and regulations.

4. Attempt the questions you know first before the ones you don't.

5. This is a writing exam, if you don't know a question, still find a way around it and write something on it. Writing something similar is better than not writing at all.

6. Crosscheck your works before you submit.

7. Ensure you mark the attendance.

8. Check your seat well before starting. Don't implicate and don't get implicated.

9. If you are quick to finish, moderately and maturely assist your neighbor. Note, moderation and maturity.

10. And finally, pray before and after.

May the Lord lead you through.
