Dangote situating his refinery in a Free Zone means the refinery is technically in a Free Zone outside the Nigerian Customs territory.. if Dangote want, we go open book for am.
He has no legal claim or right to anything in Nigeria's Petroleum Industry and cannot quote any of the provisions contained in the Petroleum Industry Act, 2021 in the Nigerian courts.

The Petroleum marketers should better shine their eyes and protect their investments.
