That being said, I actually expect Tinubu to be working towards restructuring like he promised.

Point is Nigeria can't continue in the same useless stupid setup without making steps towards restructuring which was the best highlight of the country. Tinubu can actually take steps towards it by viewing the country as 6 regional territories (NW, NE, NC, SS, SE, SW) while working towards the emancipation of each region.

For example, create at least one agricultural hub in each region. That's 6 agricultural hubs, considering the 6 regions. Ensure each agricultural hub comprises large scale mechanized farming combined with agro industries while also including animal husbandry in the hub for the aborigines in each region. This will actually solve a lot of problem at once for the country. It will increase Food supply, improve the economy while also tackling insecurity. It will also help the emancipation of each region for restructuring. This is actually the best way. Not distributing food relief which won't get to anyone and besides, distributing food relief is more or less wastage without much productivity. Why not create agricultural hub to provide food instead? That's productivity!
