Women generally cannot handle power and responsibility.
Here are some of the disadvantages of women with so much money.

* Her Family will not respect you even if you have your own money

* She will not seek your permission before making certain crucial and vital decisions

* Given how vulnerable and easily deceived women are, expect many idle men both family members, neighbours and friends to patronise her with false praises to obtain money grant or gift from her.

* Make no mistake, God made man to protect women not just with physical strength but with a key sense of caution, suspicion, and a bit of conservatism. The more money she has the less likely your control and protection is less.

* When she runs into trouble with her money either being dubbed by family members or friends, it becomes your responsibility to get it back or fight for her but not your responsibility to control how she spends the money.

* Remember making money takes time and effort, the more money she makes the less time she's has at home and the less sex.

* Unlike men, when a woman comes into money she looks down on everyone including her husband except you're way richer than her.

At times, I reflect on whether there's any Nigerian, myself included, untouched by corruption, someone who wouldn't embezzle public funds if presented with the chance.

There is no law in public service that prevents any public officer from being a shareholder of any company. Except it can be shown how he influenced the award of those funds to the said company, the directors will be more culpable before even the shareholders.

He is not a director and it was not his ministry awarding the contract. It may be unethical but not illegal.

I think you are mixing things up... As a Minister, no law forbid you from holding shares in a company especially the shares you have gotten before assuming the office.
He said it....he is not involve in the day to day running of the company.

It will take more than alleging he directly influenced those shares to nail the Minister. He can be a shareholder, there is no crime in that or law against that. But since he is not a director, that's a clean slate for him. The only stain there is their involvement in the Betty Edu business.

However, he must now tread carefully. Nigerians do not take too kindly to public officers' names coming up in cases involving corruption.
