The man and his family are probably living off Govt assistance, housing or shelter. That is the worst position to be abroad. They will bundle all of you with drug dealers and prostitutes in the same council flats. Then the kids turn out to be criminals and the girls get pregnant as teenagers.
There is nothing to brag about poverty, laziness and idleness. Avoid it!

According to his profile, he was born in 1979 and graduated in an Engineering course in 1997, I don't understand how he got into a foreign university at age 3/14 and graduated at age18 years . It's not adding up, it's either there's a typo error or that's not his real age.
