USA is staging attacks from those bases. Each time Iran is hit by USA, they would find out which base was used to launch the attack and what facility is hit. Then Iran would launch attacks towards that country and hit or try to hit the equivalent of that facility, an eye for eye.

Iran is in the middle of war, and many times, their top leaders are mostly on the streets and open places. All these is unnecessary. You can't see those terrorists and enemies close by at any given time. Sataniyahu will always jet out of the country for his safety. All their military officers are mostly underground in a Bunker.
Iran really need to change their strategy.
