If you want to kill a sector of the economy or put it in backward mode,just put a Northerner there.
They are chronically the most corrupt ever.
Put a core Northerner in a position and he will flood the place with his people that will eat the place to the floor.
I have always blindly supported them.
They have almost nothing to grow Nigeria except humongous corruption.
I pity Nigeria.

It seems you have been with the Northern political caucus for a long time. You are very correct but most people don't know this. The North sees NNPC, NPA, Pension Commission and every government agencies and parastatal as their personal company. The only exception I have seen and known is Mallam Nasir El Rufai.

For you to have made this comment shows you know much about Nigeria. That is why privatization or relocation of Federal Government agency is like tampering with their properties. Six months out of power you start seeing them complaining.

FAROOQ KPEROQI on pre-emptive mission told the world Bayo Ojulari is being chosen to replace Kyari that was about 9 months before the appointment. He repeated it again about 5 or 4 months before the appointment. I kept quiet that time because I never believed Bayo Ojulari will leave his OIL WELLS at Renaissance Group to lead a corrupt NNPC that he knows very well.

The South West doesn't care about how a Northern President makes his appointment. The YORUBAS in Kwara and Kogi State are always their victims.

Because they see Federal Government agencies as their properties, they are always apprehensive of who controls those agencies.

It is very courageous and historical that Tinubu government will admit an error has been made and seek to correct the error. No government in Nigeria has ever done that.

These people only believe in their importation business; importing fuel and selling it at high price to Nigerians. They can't run a refinery successfully; not even for a week!
Just look at the way they northernized that company; almost 90% of their staff are from the North?! I hope the new management conducts a review of the last recruitment exercise hurriedly done by Mele Kyari and his cabals. These people are highly incompetent to run a motorpark talkess of a critical infrastructures like refinery.
