India self is not looking for solution! India should hire one man from Nigeria to help them identify and spot any of them that want to enter India. The solution is to keep denying them visas for whatever they want to come and do in India. Those who are diplomats among them should sign undertaking with surety. If they go outside to sell slippers, many of them will still end up in drug; they get lucrative jobs out there, many will still end summarizing the whole things with illegal drugs.

Spirit of illegal drugs(if there is anything like that) follow them around. No more than 3% of their billionaires has clean money with no trace of illegality in their entire life of hustling.
