Also, you didn't include the post training expected earnings, which can entice me to sign 3yrs bond. Information and clarity are needed before, at least, 6yrs commitment to any organization.

if you saw that initially, I don't think you should be bordered about the 3years

I think the count for 3 years begins after the training.

So all together around 5years.

I'm not sure about that, the way I see it, not everyone would accept their offer, and coz of that, they'd call some more people.

I was suppose to join them by 9am, it skipped my mind, then they called me around 10:30am to ask if I'd be joining,
the i joined.
After waiting for a while in the waiting room, I called the number back to let them know I was in the waiting room, then they allowed me in.
