Why play carrick and schneiderlin again when its obvious that both play in a similar way. There's no pace between them. Both rigid. Why not play herrera with schneiderlin. And what's up with de gea not being in the line up talkless of the bench. We have missed out on otamendi now. The Moyesiah has shown he can set up a team in the CL. Obv harder challenges to come, but we qualified which was important. Regardless, unbeaten, should hopefully top the group, biggest away win in the CL ever against the team who are second in Bundesliga and were unbeaten at home (including a draw against the current European Champs), in the words of Maximus Decimus Meridius, "Are you not entertained?!" Anyway, I thought we were excellent and it pays to be flexible in terms of formation. Given CM isn't our strongest it is clearly best to effectively play 3 in there with Kagawa dropping deep when needed. Whilst most managers have a team in their mind a good while before a match, after a performance like that it would be hard to change much for the Spurs match. RVP is not fully fit anyway so he should start on the bench and see how we go. Kagawa showed he is more at home "in the hole" but his workrate was great as well. Another good performance from Jones who's general play on the ball is getting better every game. And Giggsy Wiggsy, 40 years old and still one of the best players on the pitch. Oh Ryan, you def can't do it every week consistently anymore, but when you do it you do it well. Also Nani, Tony V and of course Roons all played well too.
