Then came the first charge back, then second one. my Chinese supplier is only helping me to receive and distribute to factories, I can't ask them to be defending payment I sent. I made this clear to him that charge back are his responsibility, as long as when I do bank transfer and he gets his full payment. Part of the reason why he is a broker is not give me headaches, but to make sure his sellers are in check. I can easily come here to buy just like he does and save the extra 15-20Naira he makes.

I stopped transacting with him because 1. he's very rude. He's quick to insult, and I can't take that especially not from someone I am paying 2. he threatened to do a bulk charge-back on previous transactions.

Yesterday, my supplier notified me of another charge back. and I notified him. Could you believe this young man actually blocked me?... which means he's actually started fulfilling his promise to do charge backs since I stopped trading with him for the above 2 reasons.

He actually blocked me?... so, it means I paid for for zero value. and he gets paid for it.

I actually know what to do to get him to pay back offline, but it'll cost me a bit of time and money. and I really don't like to waste time or money, unless as a last resort, and I also don't like to hurt people. Please let him know this is a criminal case against the CP. I know the law very well and can easily apply it. This will get him into prison because once I start, I won't go back, his family will beg and nothing will change. It'll be late then because he'll pay me all expenses plus interest, I know what I am talking about because I have been involved not once in such instances. So, now, I am begging him:

Please help me beg him. I am using his wife, daughter, God and all of what he believes in to beg him that, I have fully paid, my supplier won't defend anything on paypal because there is no proof of shipment to the sender and worst still he's only helping to distribute to other factories, and not getting paid for this, and this is really putting my reputation at risk.

He should understand the risk of the business he is in. and he's there to provide value not excuses.

Lets be clear, regular exchange rate is like: 360. this is not worth it with all of this wahala. His reputation is also tarnishing other players. it's because it's fast and convenient, if not,.... the difference is less than 7%.

Meanwhile, I still need a very good supplier who give me no issues. In fact, right now, I need at least $5k pp.

I introduced Anu to my Chinese guy on a faithful day, so dat the Chinese agent can be helping him to withdraw his PayPal fund and convert to yuan in other fr him to make money which I thought I was trying to help him as he was a loyal guy to me then.. After some subsequent transaction wit my Chinese guy, he sent $800 to my Chinese agent paypal and refused to pay the client he bought the said amount from.. After they have exchanged the money from PayPal usd to yuan. Anu sold the fund a still refused to pay the owner of the PayPal fund.. After a while the client went on PayPal to dispute the fund and my Chinese guy was under alot of pressure of which I was d person that connected Anu and my Chinese guy.. I collected the client details and tried to calm him that I will try my best in getting Anu to pay him his money... After too many drags ups and down, Anu paid him 50k out of 800*320, Anu promised me that he'll pay that the person he sold the rmb to didn't pay him that's the reason things went wrong.. All in all sha Anu was able to pay 73k out of 256k and since then I was unable to reach him..

So, the guy came to me that he should have balance of 170k after deduction of those he scammed (however indirectly). He's of the opinion of collecting the balance. What do you guys think?

I don't know how he arrived at that balance but He has to pay interest on his debt to daclemx and ifibila and he has other people who he has scam issues with on facebook so that balance is meant to be theirs no matter how small they receive. How will we even balance a scammer? The fund he tried to sell is not even from his own account so how do we know what the story is behind it?

Hi, this is Ibifila. I and daclemx transacted with blym4real (Atolagbe Moses Anu) last year and had a disputed amount ($1000) which PayPal has deducted from our account. He was aware and went silent for a long time until we brought the matter up here back then.

He started talking and promised to pay. We gave him until October to pay half of the money as a commitment to show he is sincere about paying back.

My lawyer advised I try settling the matter first and we drafted an agreement and asked him for his address so he can sign it. He sent a non-existent address. The person who went to deliver the agreement couldn't trace the address.

October came and passed, and he refused paying a dime.

Then he went silent again.

Please, we need to recover the full amount. I hear he is claiming he has an agreement with us. That is not true. Since he refused signing the document to formalise the payment plan we created last year, there is no agreement. Help us recover the full amount of money.
