In fact, his promise was FOI and open system which he fulfilled while General Buhari strangled the press wirh Decress 2 and 4 in 1984 and also attempted to implement civilian decree 2 and 4 on AIT immediately he was declared elected. Goodluck Jonathan has Never for once promised implementation of public asset declaration, in fact he maintained that that will be playing to the gallery..Though he declared his in 2007.
Buhari on the other hand PLEDGED to declare his assets and liabilities as part of his campaign promises. Yet it is 42days and we are yet to see anything. You buharists should be ashamed sometime.
