The sponsor letter signed by him, but the affidavit of support of sponsor, I did at Ikeja High court, I only wrote his initials( A.A) just on my way to Lekki submission.
Could this signature discrepancy be the issue because these are only two documents missing!!!

you dont need to write them.
you must have addressed it to them so its their property.
just take a clue from that and think about what to do.
with the amount of money you had, its obvious they werent too convinced about the sponsor.

on another day you might have gotten sponsorship not credible.

How can I look for my missing sponsor documents, should I write CIC or what. Because I don't understand this issue again.

I strongly believe there is quota and it means they are more strict in their assesment.
looking at your profile, you definitely tick all boxes to be given a TRV.
i believe CIC has a way of giving one a clue as to what went wrong in an app.
in yours il like you to look at the missing company sponsorship from your uncle that got missing.
it shows that was where you failed in a re-assesment.

They said all applications is review in Ghana, so they might not give accurate info except I write / mail them.

@funmi14...this case is strange..as in.. this is the first time I will read a case like on this forum.

However.. going thru your post I observed somethings i'll like you to shed some light on...

You did medicals on July 6th and got the quoted response when you tracked your application on July 9th...giving that you did paper route..was that response a mail from CIC or from just a response from VAC in this case Vfs?(I know it's only paper route application that uses such tracking number as 201506000GHAN... I might be wrong though)

Secondly...on the 14th July...you again posted that you got a mail from CIC that your processed passport has been dispatched to the VAC on 13/07/2015...is this same application? If yes...Why is CIC quoting different dates for one application? Why the contradictions?

I feel something funny went wrong there...you may want to mail them to get clarification...who knows it might turn out to be a mix-up on CIC's part.

I did medical Monday 6 July @ IOM, got first processed and dispatched mail on Thursday 9 July via normal VFS tracking ( generally to few other people too), I discarded it as wrong mail. On Monday 13, got another 2 inbox email -via Accraimmigration that ... Processed passport dispatched again to VAC... I gave it time maybe another mail will pop up till Thursday 16, I went for collection.
@ VAC Lekki, they asked whether i receive mail for documents collection, i told them NO. He then asked for my tracking no, checked via Computer and said is available and gave me.
So, it has been zigzag mail right from time.
I don't think they review medical result they asked for before dispatch! #Shocking!

Is ur application still 'open' or now 'closed' on CIC account?

I did paper route, I don't even know whether it's close or with this new issue, open - for appeal or amendment.

I just collected my documents and saw refused letter.
Applied May 25. Paper route.
Medical call July 5, done July 6.
July 16... Refused letter...(Insufficient fund)
Am confused... Pls house any situation like this before?

Who knows whether Embassy centre @ Lekki will open on Friday because FG declared Fri. And Monday as Public Holidays, but CIC website (http://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/Nigeria/publicholiday.html) declared only Monday 20, July.
Kindly reply because am planning traveling down to Lagos by Friday.

Please what's d meaning? Does that means the passports has been processed and ready for collection @ Lekkki?
