Brother you seem to know a few about fidelity. How's the interview with ED like?

I was schedule for 12pm,but I went early and was opportune to meet few people among those schedule for 9am still yet to do theirs, one of them was a guy who wrote his test sane day with mine. After greeting him I sat and started listening to the conversation at hand cos the fellow that just came out of the interview room was sharing his experience with him, few mins later he was called in and after about 20 mins he was out, and I asked him what his experience was like, he told me few things, he said he was asked more of economical question which wasn't in line with his course of study but it was an interesting interview.

In the process of giving us few tips the hr girl singled him out immediately saying he was sharing his interview experience and threatened to disqualify him. Ordinarily I thought it was just a minor issue which an apology could solve, the guy humbly went to her and told her he was very sorry and won't repeat such again, she embarrassed him, directed her assistance to go to his interview panel and tell them to disqualify him. Isn't that pure wickedness? For christ sake he isn't the only one who shared experiences after leaving that room today, apart from that everyone wasn't asked same question as each panel had loads of questions to ask. Why make him a scape goat when you can easily caution him not to do it again. This is graduate trainee recruitment and so many of us aren't conversant with do's and dont's. I was pained honestly.

I spoke to my female friend who did her interview in kano today and she told me an hr personnel was directing them on what to go through quickly and likely area which questions will come from.

Yes NIMC was allowed

Guys you need to know more on your course of study.

Let's get to know you
What do you know about banking(what is banking all about)
Name the bodies that regulates the banking sector
Who is the minister of finance, name any other two Ministers
Two international happenings u feel we should know
Who is the Governor of your state

I don't even understand why those that did interview are just mute.

Make Una just give us clue on what to expect not necessarily the questions.

Any idea if they're accepting the NIMC slip for the interview? What about the LASRRA IDA?

Bros some people went to Sterling TS February this year. When did you write your exams?

These banks are fond of delaying their recruitment process or even cancelling it without considering the effort applicants have put into getting to their venues from different part of the country.
sterling bank did same thing after we had done 3 different stages and received a success mail. just for them to keep us waiting till now for an interview. The success mail came in in February 2016.

Driver's license takes at least 1-3months to get ready. No passport booklet available in the country atm.

I'm not understanding this country again.

You'll be allowed to write with NIMC slip but they'all tell you you might not be allowed during interview.

Try to read all the past thread and let's stop making unnecessary complain. the HR official will not allow you to take the test with NIMC temporary ID card. go and get a Driver license, Voters card or International passport. you still have time between now and next week. am very serious, pls go and get any of this id card above. For the person complaining of Age issue, well, I wish you all the best. just take a decision dat you will not regret, becos even when you pass the aptitude test, you might be drop in the interview stage. For those waiting to get their NYSC certificate, it all depends on the mood of HR in ur exam center, some applicant were turned back last time, while few lucky one were allow to write, I will advice you, if you stay far away from Lagos, just forget abt the test, becos you might not be lucky. All the best!
