I had my first interview with them on 21st July, but i haven't gotten any response.

She smiled wen I asked her if dey still intend to call more pple for second interview nd said dat dey have not even started dat its just 40 persons dat are in d TS nd Lagos has like 7 persons dia... She said dat d TS may run up to 5 batches (I said may).. Nd again it's according to d date u had ur first interview so if u are among d first interviewers den u should expect to come in maybe next batch depending if u were succesful.. She said d MD is very busy buh probably once dis present guys in ts are out another batch wll be called in.. Ask ur question if u have any

One will be required to get ten people to open accounts of N200,000 each or one person to open an account of N5,000,000 with Access Bank.

Therr are people who passed every prior stage but didn't get the job, after failing to meet the target. In fact, someone here claimed that he got up to nine people to open accounts of N200,000 but didn't get the job (because he was still one person short).

The documentation has started already in Lagos. And it's batch by batch, the same way we did the interview and test. According to the guys that came for documentation, some did their interview last week and some last 2weeks. There will never be a time Fidelity Bank will accumulate successful candidates to do documentation and test at the same time because since the recruitment process started there was never a time like that. For those doing documentation now, it's not like they know somebody before they were selected but it's just their time to be selected. Ours is also coming.. Everything will be done batch by batch likewise training school. Remember, banks have several departments. Some of us that did the test early were invited for interview lately and vice versa. Fidelity bank has a process and they can't void the process because of our desperations. ..

The guy taking about people already running their documentation, I can't attest to that, but anything is possible in this country. What am sure of is that I know someone who didn't take the test but has been called for interview already.. Interview center isn't even kofo abayomi or Abraham adesanya but another branch, which I can't share, he had his interview a couple of days ago. When we were applying he told me he was under instruction not to apply ..... In Nigeria to get a good Job you either need connection or grace.

That doesn't mean some of us won't get the Job, but after slots have been filled the bitter reality is that a large number of applicants will be left battling for very few positions left...... But this will be my last anyway, if this doesn't work out, I am going to farm. I kant kill myself say I wan wear corporate. Good luck to us all.

Please, are they still sending invites to those who haven't done the interview? I took the test on the 18th of March at Kofo Abayomi and I think I passed, but I'm yet to hear anything from them. Abeg, make people wey know as e dey go reason me o!! Ayaf taya ooo!!

Well the interview isn't that stressful I heard the interviewers here in abj complain that only 1 in ten passed the interview n they schedule 40 ppl each day and dressing smart n neat attracts bonus point of 20marks so if u don't dress well u giving away ur bonus dat can aid u. And the questions isn't a big deal but ur composure o.
D questions were like wats economics (my field)
What is recession and causes as it relates to GDP
How can govt tackle recession
What is banking
How do banks make money
What's fidelity mission n vision
What's the current issue happening in d world
Electric train moving from north to south which side would d smoke blow
Ministers of trade finance state governors full name o

Please if u don't kn just calmly tell them u don't n request dey tell u in order to know coz if u say wrong it's big zero there

If you pass the interview it's straight to their training school

Sincerely it's not by joining WhatsApp group. They test you on different areas, so failing one question can't make you fail. The score sheet is grouped. You have to hit above a certain score...
They were with our test scores too. That paper we solved on.
