For those having account hold issue, create another one and dont always verify number cus i discovered they do remove the hold immediately you create the account,so any Account created and you saw hold, dump am to go create another one and consider using different dob and name.

I wasted like 3 paid numbers and all Account still hold until i created another one and saw it wasn't hold even before adding number.

I see..
You see now that Lagos state said we should teach online... You can't trust the government

It isnt a priority at the moment. Whatever u like u can call me. I have been teaching since 2006 before owning a school. I wrote how i was able to assist the students and parents from home. Starting a new term wont work my friend cos most parent can not afford to pay the fees or bear the cost of running school online. Morever, student below age 4 wont really key into it. Feeding and survival are priorities of the parents before education of their wards. Lets just do the little we can as school owners and not add burden to their finances. Times are hard. Even when lockdown is over debtors will increase.
agree some parent can't cope..... But some can also cope I think it boils down the scho ol and the kind of parent in the school.

Durexg your venom and negative energy at Bulgari.. I am sure you voted for him..

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do - schools that choose to dis gard thus directive will run the term all over again when schools are directed to resume.. undecided

Ministry of education is to schools what central bank is to banks.. The regulator.. grin
laugh in swalli.... Even the so call policy makers children are attending online school.... When the term starts so many activities will be done.........

I support the government on this. These Shylock Lagos private school owners will stop at nothing to exploit.
Let parents at least use this lockdown period to bond with their kids. Let the kids learn other things like crafts, domestic chores, etc. Let them be revising what they've been taught before, or let them just play.
We run a unified academic calendar at primary and secondary level. So, if they conclude their term online, so what happens to their counterparts in government schools?
what is the one saying... So they should pay for government stupidity.... Why can't government provide an enabling environment so they can teach puic student... Recall teachers in public sector will be paid what happen to teachers in private sectors who will pay them why is the government not talking about that.... My school is working online cos I need my April money.... Who government help?

You are still another girlfriend to his brother and when your time comes you will leave.

Your husband needs to talk to him and tell him that you are a different person that you are not his other girlfriends that he brings to the house, maybe he still has that mentality.

I stayed in my brother's house for two years I no even behave like this. I dey look for how to impress make madam no vex influence brother (through sex) make him comot me for house grin

I saw ladies come and go but when this particular one came no be person tell me to behave. Now they're married. If I want to go stay there for two weeks they'll still beg me not to go home because my record there no one has broken. Not even her relatives.
Seriously your case is like mine......no relatives neither her own or mine own can bear what I bear there.... Even will have to wait for her to dish food oooooo I humble die do like loyal boy until am out.
Education / Re: Mass Failure Rocks OAU Faculty Of Pharmacy by Funpeter: 9:18am On Jan 25, 2020
GeoAfrikana:

I think this is true. Many people study courses that they have no natural love or passion for. The only motivation for many is the socio-economic benefit not because they have a natural affinity or inclination for the course.

I can tell you that every OAU student is brilliant because no matter what you must score 200 in jamb and post-jamb before you can get admission. Anything less than 200 is automatically no admission - even if your father is Buhari and your godfather is Trump!

But the problem is many students are using their brilliance in the wrong direction. Each course has its peculiar needs. Someone who's brain was created for education will want to kill himself because of medicine or pharmacy.

I suggest that they review our educational Systems.

Also that they give proper guidance and exposure to secondary school students about other courses; how they improve the society and examples of successful people in those fields.

Me as an example, my father saw me as a wasted effort when I insisted on studying geography. According to his calculation, the only opportunity for a geography graduate is teaching. Well maybe that's true if I relied on my certificate alone. But no, I retrained and re-educated myself and today doctor na king for him lane and I'm a king in my lane.

But to be candid, if other departments wanted to train us to the real standard -haa!- 70% (in fact 90%) of us will not graduate. Unfortunately, health sciences don't have the luxury of push-and-go since they deal directly with human life.
