I spent a week, still didn't see surveys(and they equally didn't lift my account from being on hold).

I dumped the account today shaa, opened USA and missed two surveys 'cos i haven't verified my account then.

Anyway, just try and create new one.

mine is worse, sometimes my laptop freezes when taking survey, i have to remove and put the battery back with the speed of light to catch the particular survey . do you know any remedy for the freezing

note: it was as soon as i started getting plenty surveys on my account it started, you can imagine

If you are operating a Canada or US account don't use that crack turbo BC its locked in UK I almost got my account suspended yesterday when I entered to take a survey only to be told is like I'm on a holiday in a different country I can't take a survey..omo na so I rush go uninstall am and install the normal one and I was able to do the survey...well that's the last one I took though

I think i have figured out why some people don't get surveys.
From what i read on Prolific FAQ.
Surveys are delivered by IP address. And if someone who you're sharing the same IP address with has completed a survey, you will not get the survey.
Meaning VPN matters a lot. If you and someone else are sharing the same IP address on the VPN with prolific, if he gets and completes the survey before you it automatically makes you ineligible.

1 go to whatismyipaddress dot com and check too

2 google something, scroll down and check your location

3 if your problem persists, i dont know what else to tell you

go to youtube dot com, at the top right corner of the youtube logo, check for CA if you dont see it, your vpn is rubbish

since canada is your country

Take note, even when your IP shows UK, your DNS might be showing 9Ja. Am using NORD VPN with my phone now so this is manageable.
