Good judgement but now will you expect state govt to still use their resources to conduct local govt elections? Except a timeline is expressly stated in the constitution for when local govt election must be conducted and it's conduct should be handled by INEC/Federal govt or else state govt will just decide not to conduct LG elections as a punishment since they have nothing to gain again.
