Liquid2Metal: Please I was'm sorry for derailing thread, not intentional though. I need urgent advice to enable me take a decision. Below is my question.
Please I need urgent advice on the subject above. I just received an email from Diamond bank asking me to report to their head quarter in Abuja for a 3weeks graduate trainee program prior to posting. From what i heard, their probation period last for six weeks, of which you be paid 80k and after you have been confirmed, you will received 240k as monthly salary.
Normally, I ought to be excited considering the fact that I have followed up with this job for the past two years and it has finally arrived and also my present job pays a little less than 100k monthly, which is enough incentive for me accept the offer but I'm not.
Why? I have plans of travelling to Canada with my wife and daughter hopefully by September, for a masters degree program with the aim of settling their afterwards. By God's grace we have been able to save some money for the trip and my tuition fees, and my wife is very passionate about leaving this country. She fears if I take up the banking job, I'll not have enough time to follow up with the travel arrangements and also we might tamper with our savings, in the course of relocation since we stay in Port Harcourt for which I agree.
Please guys what do you think, is 240k a month salary worth jeopardizing my travel plans? I have till tomorrow to reply the bank.
Note: I haven't secured admission yet. Pls and pls... Accept the job offer o. It shouldn't hinder your travel plans. |

jibb3rilz: Hello guys,
I am sure I have appeared at the American embassy before but I can't remember the specific year because it's over 10 years (2002 - 2004). I can't remember if I did UK visa too at the time of submitting documents to ups and visa collection at ups. That should be between 2004 - 2005. now my question is this, I want to apply for student visa in Canada, what should my response to have you ever been denied a visa before be when filling the form. thanks for your help guys Just jejely say "YES" since you weren't approved at that time. It won't reduce your chances in any form cos they have their facts on record. |

Great man! @ Anthochie. Please I would also appreciate a list of the free vocational schools. Abeg! God bless you. anthochie: Like I said an understanding for the denial is key. I am sorry for the denial, I know how u feel. Now that we know the denial wasn’t based on any unprovided document or key unmet criteria...yes ..u should take the study route..there r vocational schools that offer free tuition and the application begins in February..the bachelors degree has tuition fees and requires u take an examination outside Nigeria (poses some stress). Ask ur husband to fill u in on the vocational thing..it’s quite easy to apply for and easy to get accepted. Best of luck ma’am...and hey no worries...u surely will come over to be with ur husband...na just small time be the sacrifice. |

guzenaira: What kind of response do you get?
How often do you send them mail?
If you send too much mail, then there is possibility they blacklist your mail address.
Try using another mail address but if it's one of your few attempts then there is possibility that the mail box is full.
Try again later. Response reads, " message not delivered " . I tried it thrice. I will try it again later as advised. Thanks alot |

Austinpee4: That's the only email address of the accra visa office known to the public. There is usually an auto generated response once you send an email through it. If you didn't get that, then you may want to try again maybe monday. Possible their mail box is filled at the moment. Nobody can say for sure. Thanks Chief. |

Austinpee4: 1. If you feel it will help your application by elaborating on some key aspect of your application, your purpose of study, discrepancies in any part of your application or to communicate to the officer your overall plans with your program upon completion, then you should send it to them through their email (accra.immigration@international.gc.ca).
Otherwise, if your application is straight forward enough, you can leave it out. It is not a compulsory document.
2. I don't think there is one but i'll suggest in so doing, you give good reasons for changing your initial use of a representative. If you don't have any, proceed with the form. It is more like a consent form regarding somebody helping with your application, issuing and getting information on your behave during your application process as well as authorizing the embassy to communicate with the individual(s) other than yourself. Either ways, i don't think it is harmful to your application. Just a measure to control release of information especially confidential or personal. Wow! Thanks real good for throwing light on this. God bless you Boss. Amen! It will end in praise. |

1. Pls great men in the building...Is it advisable to send SOP as a document to CIC e-mail after you have already submitted an application but did not include it. 2. If you receive a message to fill the form IMM 5476 ( use of Representative form), is there any implication if you chose to tick the second option which says "cancel the use of a representative'.

Starieangel: Welcome to Nigeria, where typing amen to pastor's prayers on facebook will save you from your village witches and make you a billionaire... Welcome to Nigeria, where Jesus Christ sends you a WhatsApp message and threatens to kill you if you do not send it to 20 people. The most annoying thing in all, is that graduates and supposed learned people send these ''miracle messages'' to their friends everyday. These messages carry lots of threats; Some of the messages say you will suffer or go broke for a week if you don't send them... As Christians, we need to keep an open mind and be discerning and also open our hearts and minds to healthy discussions. We need to think... God will punish you if you refuse to send those messages? Do you think your destiny is tied to a message on social media?Do you believe? We claim to be children of God but we are scared of the future, scared of little things. You relay a message to 20 people on social media and believe in your heart that you will wake up tomorrow a billionaire...What is wrong with us? Like seriously, what is really wrong with us? ... Without prayers, hardwork, determination & purpose, ''miracle messages'' on social media are not invisible hands that can instantly make us rich... Stop spreading your fears on social media because we are not gullible...Our God is too big to send threats to make people obey Him. Our God will never do that. We need messages that will transform souls and not messages that will threaten people to create unecessary fear and panic. ''IN HIM ALONE IS LIFE". God bless you....pls can I share this on my social platforms? It would be credited to you. Ehn? |
