Well said ma'am.....in my response to the initial crises, I expressly stated he needs to understand customer management but I guess that sounded very unnecessary and here we are today still stuck in the same mud.
One mismanaged customer can down turn an entire business and this is just a typical example, at some point in business there will definetly be issues but what makes you the boss is how you decide to manage it. Futurefocus need to work on himself and his management skill.
