Bro, I have better things to do with my time/life than make up stories. After killing the snake, I took it outside, and I went straight to clean my house. I came back about an hour later to find ants all over it. That's when I took the pictures.

you saw the innocent snake in your house and you killed it, why? the heart of a man is cruel and full of wickedness, a homeless snake for that matter.
you threw a broom at it, as if that wasn't enough, you stamped it severally and squeezed life out of a fellow creature!

whatever rocks your boat Dear but remember that our body systems are not the same , some people can eat anything at any time, drink beer etc and still remain slim fit while some dare not because they will be so over bloated like balloon within a month , the secret is understanding your own body system , there are some times I eat just ones a day and then round it up with snack at night for financial reason and the impact of that in my system is usually great , people like me usually value what we eat because we don't eat much and so whatever I want to eat must be nice and healthy. I even find it hard to breath fine if I eat heavy meals 3 times a day , I mean like having rice and stew in the morning, Amala with Ogufe in the afternoon, and another heavy meal in the night will make me heavy and even difficult for me to breath and enjoy my sleep.

I will rather have Amala around 11 AM , then rice around 7.30 PM ( eat twice a day and feel light)
snacks plus tea around 8 AM , Garri Between 1-2PM then anything can go for early dinner. ( eat thrice a day)
any major meal after 8PM is punishment for me, real punishment.
in a situation where I had solid meal for early breakfast , I must have something light for lunch or even skip it totally to enable me enjoy my dinner around 7.30PM.
mind you? I'm not fat, not over-weigh , its just my system and how i feel comfortable.
but the good thing now is my financial state has helped me maintain a healthy eating style, I think you should also understand your system. Thanks

I agree with you on this but it takes discipline and hard work to eat well , people are often lazy to eat in the morning except those who need it due to the nature of their jobs , poverty is another factor, sometimes I intentionally wait till about midday before having my first meal when I'm broke , that way you only eat twice a day, lol. but most people with white collar job still prefer light breakfast in the morning because you don't want to start sleeping in the office after a heavy meal.

I will type whatever I feel like typing here you cannot stop me, let the kids chose the one that suits them, after all its a free world, not everyone wants to be shackled with living with a particular person for the rest of their life, the world has gone beyond the myopic thinking that ladies must marry bla bla bla, you Nigerians should better flow with the tide and stop being archaic, marriage is not for everyone.

if you can't give same advice to your daughter, don't give it to the general public.

I once visited that palace and I saw that written on some toyota hilux in the palace , people knee down whenever the Queen Or the Alafin is passing by the road side in the main Oyo town , they also have a limousine with the plate number, " Oranmiyan" and the Oyomesi that stand like the senates.

these young governors should thread carefully, OBAS are the traditional rulers in Yoruba Land and not governors , they are the custodian of our culture and heritage , it is not wise to rubbish tradition because your party won election that place you as the governor in 4 years.
outsiders will not value our traditional rulers if we rubbish our culture.

The Local yam delicacy is accompanied by Local Dry fish , Stock fish , scattered Agbodo dry fish , IRU woro , Maggi , Onions and SALT, so this is purely local .

fried the red oil and add the ingredients above.

boil white yam until it's soft.

to enjoy this one , you have to seat on the ground like a typical local man

I dislike it when my own fellow Brothers/Sisters tries to downgrade or bullying without putting an end to it.

The crime and insecurity rate today is high in our country because you find most people trying to live the kind of life they can't afford, due to the pressure and downgrade they get from the society.

The thread is not all about food presentation, cooking in the best kitchen or using the best kitchen equipment.. why laughing at foods upload here, saying someone food looks like shit and comparing it... Such hurt my heart.

Even if they must criticize, why not do it in a mature way...

some of us knows how you feel, so true but please , keep sharing with us. Thank You
