STORY STORY O

I started my FX Live trading career on the 21st of june 2021 after one year of learning and just one month trading Demo. Profits were flowing in and it gave me the confidence that i have what it takes to suceed. I blew my first $200 live account in just 4 months. . Oh my broker(pepperstone) are after my stop losses , they always trade against me i claimed, Im done with them I said. So i switched to another reputable broker (octa fx), and to my surprise i blew up a $100 in just 10days . Omo all these brokers are the same o i said to myself, Im quitting fx.

I actually wanted to quit by my mind no gree comot , so i was still learning and doing demo, Fortunately for me i got another $150 logo job and i cashed out to fund my pepperstone account again. This is my last try i Said, If it didnt work now then im done patapata Glory be to God, the account lasted for about 4month and i was back to zero again. Finally I quit! Nothing works in Fx i said

Yeah I actually tot i quit, but my mind dey very stubborn, . So i resumed to trading demo after like 8 months of quitting . The quit don expire i think . So i opened a demo account of $200 as against the unrealistic $10000 i used to, accepted that its my fault and my losses has nothing to do with my broker. Learnt a breakout strategy and the $200 grew to $250. its the end of the year 2022. 2023 we go live again. May the lord be us

This is 2023, funded another $200. Jan was very tough. I went from profits to losses. one big win and then small losses will follow. The small small losses minus the wins accumulated to minus $30 on my account. The plan is to buy a prop account if the account gets to minus $50.

Here's someone's story . . .

A quick little story from the school of hard knocks:
2006 to 2008 - I started and followed Bloomberg and CNN. Man did I suck at trading. I lost deposit after deposit.
2008 - I started exploring Fx Street. I followed elioticians, harmonic traders, scalpers, long term traders. Information over load and I was jumping from system to system. I sucked at trading and was going nowhere.
2010 - I came across a pragmatic, charismatic, witty, funny prolific trader/poster. This guy was a popular all round nice guy. He could take a chart, put one or two horizontal lines on it and bang on the money all the time. His charts were clean and a breath of fresh air. It was a welcome relief from the information over load. I became so hooked on this trader and could follow him to the moon and back. I and everyone else were doing so well in our trading. The WTF moment came when this guy started posting less and less. We all realized that we were struggling in our trading once again. The wow moment came when he invited me to join him in a private group. I was elated and privileged. The only thing is that I had to come up with $10 000. I sold my car and everything else I could to come up with the money. It was a sh*t load of money that time and especially in South Africa. All went well for two weeks until he started losing big, and in no time my money was gone. It is only later on in life that I would come to realize that he was a range trader and caught us all in his good trading period.
Rest of 2010 to 2011 - I was financially shattered and stopped trading for almost two years.
2012 - I came across a guy here at Forex factory by the name of Nanningbob. I followed each and every post and this is where my trading journey really started making head way. I ultimately followed him to Steve Hopwood's trading forum and have been there ever since. I am eternally grateful to him and Steve for changing my life.

The charts that I post here is a product of over a decade and not just thumb sucked. I know each and every indicator backwards. More so, that it is re producible and I work off a matrix that can show me the state of any currency pair at any given time on any time frame. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it works for me.

I wish all traders here a successful journey and sincerely hope that you will not go through the same hard knocks as me.

CPC is actually how much Google pays you for every Advert clicked on your blog by your readers.

Google, actually, does not determine this amount by themselves but by their advertisers.

For instance, if an advertiser pays $0.60 for a CPC on his Ads and that advert appears on your blog, you will receive $0.60 for every a visitor or reader who clicks on the Ads.

To be precise, if 5,000 people visit your blog, in ONE WEEK, with a 5% CTR, clickthrough rate — that means the percent of people who click the Ads from the 5,000 people — you will earn $0.60 × 250 ( that is 5% of 5,000 people)= $150.

With that same 5% CTR (I hope you now know what that term means) an advertiser that pays $2 will make you...see the calculation for a week below...

$2 × 250 = $500.

So, how much an advertiser is willing to pay largely determines what a blogger gets when the Ads are clicked on his blog.

Mind you, advertisers don't really determine how much they pay, per say. The competition of the keyword they choose determines it. If there are lots of demands for that keyword, people will pay more to get more exposure; thereby, increasing the money a blogger makes.

Moreover, to get that kind of Ads on yout blog, you research and target such keywords with HIGH CPC using Google keyword planner.
