I always laugh when Nigerian companies approach the market to list.
When I was just introduced to NSE, I used to be excited. I learned in a bitter leaf pot NEVER, I repeat, NEVER to send my cash to the financial executioners...

If a struggling, listed company encounters real huge growth potential, it delists....m
If a former juicy, unlisted company is about replacing titanic in the turbulent sea, it rushes to NSE.....
On NSE, it gets clean fresh capital that guarantee the mismanagement team a smooth retirement, with sparkling benefits..

what stops Femi from using forte oil as a vehicle for his refining and marketing, is that not the same business mission......Common shareholders keep suffering in the hands of Nigerian billonaires, Microsoft, Apple and even major iocs keep looking for new ways of making money and @ the end of the day all shareholders smile to the bank not nigerian billonaires, they jump ship and take everything when they have new cash cows( see what Tony has done with UBA,Transcorp and co)........ Nothing remains in forte oil for ordinary shareholder
