So you think oando will just pay everything at once even if they have the money? My broda the loan is structured they will only pay the part that is due, depending on whether their arrangement is for monthly or quarterly or even yearly payments. Mind you oando has many projects and capital issues to deal with.
FBNH has bigger debtors than even the oando. Atlantic oil and AITEO are their major debtors and reason for high NPL.
remember this :

''The narrative fallacy addresses our limited ability to look at sequences of facts without weaving an explanation into them, or, equivalently, forcing a logical link, an arrow of relationship upon them. Explanations bind facts together. They make them all the more easily remembered; they help them make more sense. Where this propensity can go wrong is when it increases our impression of understanding.''

Loss aversion bias

''The loss aversion bias psychologically forces many investors in the panic-stricken stage to sell just when they should be buying. Studies have shown that investors feel losses about two and one half times as much as they do gains. In other words, if you have two stocks, one a 20% loss and the other a 20% gain, the 20% loss will feel like 50% loss compared to the 20% gain stock. ''

Its crystal clearly the current Morgan capital management is now playing pranks with investors fund.
I sold all my stocks last week and my payment date was due yesterday.
Last night I was told that my account has been funded but Uptil now I haven't receive any alert.
Upon all the countless phone calls and email I have been sending since last week.
Today they came up with any story that my fidelity bank account is rejecting their payment.
God bears me witness just I received over 1million Naira through the same fidelity account about 2weeks ago and with the same account I got paid on 2 occasion when the owner was still alive.
I had operated the same account for about 10yrs all of a sudden it's rejecting MORGAN CAPITAL PAYMENT.
WELL WHOEVER KNOW THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT SHOULD BETTER WARN THEM NOT TO DARE JOKE WITH MY FUND.

The downside risk of oil companies investments in 2017 is minimal.
Many investors has started taking positions in oil stocks since the OPEC deal is announced.
Investors are also waiting for another announcement this week from opec if their meeting with the non opec members is up to expectations.
The upstream companies and their financers(Banks) are the stocks to watch in 2017.
Those of you in OANDO,FBN,FCMB,UCAP and Eterna oil,sit tight for the time of risk is over.
Crude oil rise in 2017 is part of agendas in fixing the economy and getting out of recession(65%)

I See most of the oil companies especially the exporters going on bid again this week......

Week of investors appetite renew
Week of volume watching mode

2017.........year of wiping away of tears.......rolling
FBN
- moderate break out
- charts showing change of sentiments
- still within accumulation stage

Not likely, probably get much worse so the Emefiele scam crew can buy at 305 and sell at N100 plus premium with ease ! On a every 10 million usd sold, they make 1 billion Naira easy.
