Could you please do another thread one month from today to show what MAINTENANCE work has been done on the hostels?
Hopefully

- the grass would have been cut.
- toilets and bathrooms repaired.
- tap water flowing freely.
- walls repainted.
- electricity restored.

Abi of what essence is the VC's visit if he cannot FIX the hostels

All except walls repainted are in progress, as the grass are currently been cut, toilets and bathroom renovation in progress, and electricity restored.

One of the workers showed me all what he removed from the pit, and he was like they were all deposited in there by students. sad

After perusing the whole toilet in Awolowo Hall last year, my worrisome hand opened the following threads to condemn the bad state of Obafemi Awolowo University Hostels, during Professor Bamitale Omole regime as the vice Chancellor of the great citadel.

But it Is barely a week the new Acting Vice Chancellor Professor Anthony Elujoba, came into office, and changes are about to befall those hostels as he went around to check yesterday.

Omole also toured the hostels after he was appointed, he had no response to the challenges in the hostels.

We pray and hope Omole spirit doesn't find his way into him as well. sad
