So I have the 09 non turbo 2.0 fsi passat.. and a few issues here.. when I out on drive from park . I hear a little vibration sound... put on reverse all good... on neutral and park same thing, good. Just drive.
2. The car accelerates good after I changed my coils. But I notice a hesitation once in a while when I step down hard on the accelerator , like it picks then somewhere mid way it hesitates a bit and then continues to pick
3. When I accelerate I hear a sound like metal rubbing or vibrating.

I'm facing this same exact issue. How did you fix it sir?

Why not a 2012? Massive improvement over the 2011.

I checked. It's way above my budget

5w40, 0w40, 5w30. Any is fine as long as they're 229.51 compliant.
Thanks.
Overall, is it a great car? Because I'm still skeptical. I love owning cars for years, so I really don't want any major issues down the line.

Good evening, Mercedes gurus. I am about to get a 2011 C300 (non-4matic), I would love to know the pros and cons of the car, what oil to use e.t.c. This will be my first Benz.

Please what is legroom or low ground clearance... sorry for the question... I am a newbie

Low ground clearance means the car is quite low. You will have to be careful when driving over a bump or navigating a pothole, so you don't scratch the underbelly.

If you are above 6ft, you will have trouble sitting at the back of an IS350 because of small legroom. The distance between the front seats and back seat is shorter than 'normal'.

I really wonder how many so-called joggers, athletes and exercise freaks know this "First Aid" precaution. Many just hit the road just because others do it and just because they want that dream body. I have always felt that life is first and foremost. And this is the reason I stopped the habit ofhave leaving home to jog at 5am -for security reasons! The streets are dangerous and a little wisdom helps.

What is the use of keeping fit if you only end up dead, hospitalised or kidnapped?

And as a commonsense rule, I rarely ever jog on the road, except to skirt round an obstacle.

Dimgba Igwe, a Director of The Sun newspapers, jogging on the road, was killed in Lagos in 2004 by a hit-and-run driver.

For such a reason, I normally use the sidewalks -for safety reasons! The sidewalk breaks my stride, slows my speed, but I am accident-proof and I am SAFE!

This is true. To be fit, you first have to be alive.
Another advice is facing the traffic when jogging, because on Saturday mornings a lot of drunk drivers are heading home after a Friday night of drinking.

I'm no doctor, but in his case, it could be that the heart could not regulate back to normal, hence, the restlessness and difficult breathing.

Was there a way out? Could this death have been avoided?

We really would appreciate the views and counsel of experienced joggers, therapists, coaches and medical personnel on this.

It is said that the moment you begin to feel light-headed, have breathing difficulties, you must stop all form of exercise for some minutes. You are to find a shelter and sitdown.

Aerobics can be dangerous because sometimes the body has issues regulating blood pressure during and after exercise. Trained athletes are known to pass out sometimes.

OH, WE LOST A JOGGER LAST MONTH

From one of our church branches in Mowe, Ogun State, we had this sad story.

This man had a free Saturday, so that morning he went jogging. But by the time he returned, the wife noticed he was restless and breathing uneasily. She quickly called the Pastor, my friend. This one came and prayed for 5 minutes and immediately asked the man to be taken to the hospital.

The man shook off the suggestion. He said he would lie down for a few minutes before going to the hospital.

He passed on in his sleep.

This is sad! God Bless his soul

Ohh! I just checked Google now. It's about 5km

I know Algos. Never knew it was owned by Sen. Smart. I sometimes take that route off Arab road.

Good thing you started this! Here is mine

GENDER: MALE

LOCATION: Arab Road, Kubwa, Abuja

TIME: 6.00am

KIT: Juventus Shorts and Tshirt

DAY: 28/12/19

DISTANCE COVERED: About 13km, to and fro :Arab Junction to Goshen Montessori.

My alarm goes off at 5.30am, but I am always too lazy, so I snooze till 5.45am. Quickly brush my teeth cos I might meet Miss. Right on my path grin.

The Harmattan seem to be on steriods but I know it will be for a time before warmth kicks in. I've got an arm band where I stash my key and phone. Also got my bluetooth earpiece because I just can't do without music. I hit shuffle on Spotify and it landed on 'Gbas Gbos' by Fireboy, lol, the song fired me up.

I usually start my slow with hip movements, followed by the swinging of my arms back and forth. Arab Road is usually dead at this time, just a few early risers and runners. 15 minutes into the run, I see 'Mr. Green Shirt' (he always wears that shirt) - very consistent guy. He recognizes me too, I guess he calls me 'Mr Ash shirt' cos I always wear an ash shirt grin. We do the ceremonial double-clap always and today was no exception.

I was thinking off turning right from Liberty junction towards the train station but I decided to stick to my normal route. I continued to Dantata Estate as the day began to brighten and other runners were trooping out. I saw another consistent guy 'Mr. Tight Pants', this guy wears a black tight which is kind off disgusting for man. I do not wish to see any male buttocks and I know other runners feel thesame way. He recognizes me but we do not double-clap - I guess we do not like each other.

At 7.45am, I arrived home and took a hot shower. Emeka, the guy next door is up too, cos Oliver de Coque is blasting from his angle.

A good Saturday Morning!
