Please, I need a Help.


My GCKey Login details (username, password, email address, recovery questions & answers) are with my agent and he is no where to be found. His line is switched off, office deserted. All efforts to reach him proved abortive. No one knows his whereabout. Last communication was last year .
Now, I want to reapply again


Please I need help.

But got an email yesterday that my CAS has been used.

But the tracker is still at DMC.

Hello fam...please, can I use my personal email to send IRCC messages since the email used in processing my application is not with me ??. ( the agent created another email and he said he doesn't like disturbing ircc)
