When I am angry, I would do alot of work. The last time my bf made me seriously soooooo angry I painted the whole house!!! and aftr that I still have more energy for housework and after Im done, than I can talk to him with a polite tone and not in a harsh tone.


If my bf is angry, he would take a walk and when he cools down he would come back and we would talk.


Its better to cool down than talk instead of just talk when you are angry cause you are bound to say harsh things which you do not even mean it.
