Please, how do I reply this endusers

First end-user said "I appreciate the keyword data, but I need to see how many queries there are for the domain to consider purchasing it"

Second end-user said "site history/existing traffic?

Third end-user said" if this had an existing website with links, then I would consider it, I can rank for those keywords and without the domain "

I'm a newbie, just graduated from the training

SH approved my two unregistered names with approved price of $1699. I want to increase the price. Hope its acceptable?

yes, once it's live

therealMcCain:
I beg to differ. Everyday, names are exchanged at retail market between domainers that get sold within a short time in the hands of the new owner. meanwhile it has been with the previous owner for years. Its not about knowledge only

When its renewal time, some folks will let some names go, should any of those name sell, no time to cry, you move on.

There is someone I buy BB accepted unregistered name from, he doesnt register names BB appraise for less than 2k. so he sells them off. I sold one after 33days of registration. I shared the news with him, he congratulated me and still sells names to me till this day. He is a veteran

bros connect me na, make me sef buy

justmykel:
Below is an excerpt of a chat between me and a friend(fellow domainer)
"Aswear, it's heartbreaking. Sometimes i just sit down and think about the money i invested into domaining. If to say e dey my account. I for dey carry shoulder waka for road. Worst of it all, some people dey buy domain sell the same day and dem no get two heads. "
The waiting game is tiring o. You know as it is. I'm even ashamed as a learned fellow whos yet to make a breakthrough in this business. E dey do my body somehow to enter thread and read sales report"

I understand perfectly how he is feeling because we dey the same boat but all the same, we got to keep the hope alive. We keep reading and learning!!!

patience is key. I initially left domaining out of frustration, but my first sale spurred me on. Dnt give

2sexycom:
check dan... this guy called DomainNerdz sells an average of 10-20 domains per week...

that guy is a hit

gentlewind:
To the brandable lords in the house, after a name submitted as an unregistered name has been approved by SH, is it advisable to reject their 25% commission, register the said name and resubmit it with SH coin as a registered name?

guess no, moreover, there's an option to register the name yourself, why didn't you go for that option when submitting the name?

fergusen:
True. I learnt that from Copywriting. Taking a course in Copywriting wouldn't be out of place for domainers.

bro I'm intending to have a course on it. Can you suggest a platform that I can learn from?

I'm interested 08133197727

This guy, your eye red o!. I think its among the options on the SH dashboard

is it possible to list sh premium domain names with afternic?

IghravweIG:
Just finished a series of outbounding.

Meh, outbounding is a job on its own, no joke.

e no easy for Ezekiel

tranxo:
That YOU are still scratching bottom of pot does not mean everyone that comes here on Nairaland does the same. I know those here that spend minimum of $500 to buy a domain name. You also believe nobody here has good-paying jobs? Go figure!

It is so unfortunate that some of you missed to grab the lessons that were SO OBVIOUS from the post I shared.

So, what I said about developing negotiation skills is nothing? And your mind couldn't wrap around the fact that someone that initially low-balled at $200 finally bought the name at $20,000? Doesn't this tell you that many buyers are experienced BUSINESS MEN that KNOW their onions, AND for YOU to survive the mind games, bluffs/counter bluffs, and psychological intimidation, YOU NEED to step up your game.

See the big picture. I have always been a proponent of not selling ourselves short. Mind you, I am not saying we should buy high and sell low (which business principle is that even?). If YOU buy a name for $10, list is for $600, and accept the FIRST $150 that comes along, without even countering, something is wrong somewhere.

I never wanted to respond to the first person that veered "off-course" when he quoted me on this, but I needed to say this 'cause it's starting to feel like throwing diamonds to swine.

Next time IF I happen to share more resources, I will break them down in kindergarten format.

Shalom

exactly the point i deducted. Though it takes guts to stand ground, and most guys here put focus on geo niche, so they just accept and move on as the saying goes.

IghravweIG:
I like your last paragraph
Indeed she would be difficult to ignore... I know i wouldn't.

Just like my gf

ElonMosque:
Coronavirus.com

Or

Buy 500 geo names, hire 15 ppl that you'll pay 20k for a month, let them do outbound. Sell all 500 names for $300 each

of which verily verily i say unto you, it will end in TEARS

I learned bitcoin price has dropped. Bad for sales o, i guess wire will be the choice lately

Hi guys, pls can my normal Nigerian PayPal that only send fund be able to send funds to another foreign PayPal address(email)?

Forget about Forex for now. Focus on domain investing and affiliate marketing if you can. When you have made enough money you can afford to lose, go into forex

boss na Abj u base?

My Epik gurus, does epik support counter offer like Dan? Because the few Offers i receive via epik doesn't come with the counter option. Does it? Mayb I'm not used to it

Hi Epik Nigeria, I have a quick question. A buyer showed interest in my domain bought at porkbun and listed on Epik marketplace as well as pointing to it. Je also quoted the price he would like to purchase but he seems skeptical about the process and doubts the legitimacy.
Is it possible that I drop his details so that you can probably call him/follow-up? If yes, how do I go about it?

This DAN guys. I don't blame them, maybe they've got too much customers/deals, you notify them of their slow response .. They're always quick to tell you to choose another platform if not satisfied with them, That reply is annoying and unexpected from a customer representative/support.

Seems the porkbun promo is for only new users, mine is still showing $8

ajog1:
Iykepromotions, I will stay on the path of self-restraint by stating here that you refund my money; no need spilling out all that transpired - just do the right thing.

There would have been no need to call you out on this public space, if you hadn't blocked me on whatsapp and held to your guarantee (both on your site and during a chat.) You can still stand by your promise by refunding my money.

We live in times where we are all connected no matter how it may seem as though we are far. Don't give the wrong impression of trying to deceive another . I have so far chosen my words very carefully.

Touchypro:
The seller didn't try at all. Imagine $200. I've not sold domain before but if God gives me a good name I'll never sell it that cheap. Name that could have fetched him hundreds of thousands or even a million.

lol, easier said, no be only millions

IghravweIG:
First ever sales Report:

So i stumbled on this thread late October 2019, decided to opt for the online class with Boss Iyke, while i read the first 200 pages of the thread. And God decided to locate me quite early.

Sold: Seabrookrealtor/king
Venue: Afternic
Price sold: $400
Commision: $320
Hold time: 18 days but i had to wait for the 60days transfer lock to elaspe(Buyer's choice)
Sale type: Inbound

My appreciation to boss Iyke and other wise men of this great citadel of knowledge.

More sales to us all and a Happy and prosperous new year.

so funny. D same realtor name that is trademarked. My own name, after outbounding on two different occasions, all I get is a threat to report me or sue me.. Lol
