Agidi Jollof is a delicious Nigerian recipe that has a distinct taste . It is like Moi- Moi but with this meal , corn flour is used . It takes patience to prepare to get the right blend and taste . To make the perfect Agidi Jollof, here are the steps to take .
Ingredients
300 g brisket bones
200 g corn flour
5 tbsp , fresh tomato paste
1 tbsp tin tomato paste
Vegetable oil
2 cubes seasoning
1 onion
½ teaspoon curry powder
Pepper
Salt to taste
200 ml cold water
Hot water
Uma leaves

Method
To prepare tomato sauce ,
1 . Heat oil , add onions and fry for 30 seconds , add tomato paste and pepper. Stir occasionally to prevent from burning.
2 . Steam the brisket bones adding onions , salt and seasoning to taste
3 . When the brisket is ready , add the tomato sauce and curry and let it simmer for some minutes and then set aside.
4 . In a pot , mix the cornflour with water until it forms a smooth paste . Boil some water and add to the paste till it thickens.
5 . Heat the mixture on a low heat stove till its solid .
6 . Add the tomato paste / stew leaving out the brisket bones and stir till it has a rich reddish colour .
7 . Add little water and let it simmer then add the bones .
8 . Dish the mixture into the Uma leaves and wrap in a triangular shape .
9 . Leave it to set and cool .
10 . Serve while warm .

Oh! The poor innocent boy.

This Pics reminds me of the incident that happened in March.
A woman, on her way to church programme with a boy of about 5years at about 8.30pm, met a man and took on a marathon discussion. The boy having stood for a longer time waiting for the mother lean on my brother's a car in a nearby compound and eventually slept off under the tire. My brother wanted going out ad quite unlike his usual take off, he was just very cool. Having transmit the car to reverse, he only experience his tire was climbing on something.

Again, unlike him, he off the ignition and wanted to know what the blockade was, to the shock of his life, the boys head was under the tire.
My brother shouted so much that passers-by had to rush and the woman was not even concerned until people started shouting, who owns the boy. having been mildly wounded the boy points to the direction the mother was and a 'Samaritan' then shouted at the mum to reset her brains. That's when she remembered her boy. But to God's only glory, the boy was not badly wounded.
Some mothers sure do have it....thank God for the your brother's sound presence of mind and calmness, a life-altering catastrophe it would have been.

By the way, I've been reading Nigeria Air Nigeria Air, I thought the true name proposed was the awkward-sounding and pronouncing Air Nigeria?

Chai...nostalgia.

You hardly even know you are incarcerated when you get paid a weekly stipend for shopping, a daily delivery of milk, a bread loaf and fruits.

And then on a weekly, you get your sugar plus margarine or jam.

You are at liberty to shop for chicken or whatever pleases you and make use of the kitchen.

Gym hall is loaded with top of the range equipment, you go carry iron tire.

Rooms are equipped with tv, you can order a stereo from outside if you want.

You have a fridge plus your cutleries plus a room with a floor heating system.

You get to flirt or get a real relationship with some of the female guards.lol

Most homeless would usually commit crimes deliberately in the hard winter periods just to enjoy the prison facilities.

Crime pays not at the end....

It shall be well with you for this! No one could have said it any better! Meanwhile, you didn't say anything about the man's outrageous demand of coercing the woman to change the document of the house to bear his name. Is that deliberate or you just don't want to pass blame? Lolz.
Hahaha...was tired of typing that was how I missed out on that.

In my honest opinion?? That demand is utter bullcrap and Mr's ego at play. Seeing how he is insistent on that, I'd give verdict in favour of the woman for playing smart, fair and game.

If I was a judge before whom this case is called with the couple truly bent on salvaging their marriage and going forward on a clean slate, I'd order the property be put in the kids name for national peace to reign.
Family › Re: "My Husband's Pride Wants To Ruin Our Home" The True Story by gaby(m): 8:36am On Jul 21, 2018
Tough call this is for sure where the first mistake was sharing profit from a joint business with your wife as a business partner. This was wrong in my opinion and served as the precursor to what you guys have here.

After the business deal, you guys could have simply both taken out an amount for family and personal upkeep, while you as the head proceed with the housing project as a unit.

You goofed big time bro by asking her to leave the house and this goes to justify her having one over you because she seemed to have studied and predicted you'd tow that line someday-which, unfortunately, came to pass.

From experience, when some women insult you and give you names, you won't even know when you'd pick up a rope and do the needful on yourself, so I can give the benefit of the doubt on the 'leave the house' order but certainly not justifying it even if the house where to be solely on your name. That's the definition of narcism.

Hope you guys find a middle ground around this, while you relegate your ego to the back-burner.

Peace guys.
