BREACH OF DUE PROCESS, ABUSE OF POWER, ATTEMPT TO CREATE UNFRIENDLY STUDENTS ENVIRONMENT IN A CRITICAL PERIOD OF COVID-19, OVERSTAY IN OFFICE, AND REMOVAL OF COMR BUSARI ABDUL-QOUWIYY ADELAJA LED NANS JCC, LAGOS LEADERSHIP. Council of Students Union Presidents (Lagos State) is an established body saddled with the responsibility of bringing sanity to the leadership of the entire Nigerian students in Lagos State, the body also serves as the senate arm of NANS JCC Lagos Axis with the oversight function of checkmating the activities of the apex students’ body in the state. This became necessary as a result of the bad leadership structure, negligent of duty, lack of due process, autocratic and treasonably related actions of the present NANS JCC Chairman of Lagos. Following from above, your attention to the concise state of students’ leadership in Lagos state is necessitated. To this end, the following resolutions was reached during a virtual meeting held on the 29th June 2020 in accordance with the social distancing policy of the federal government due to covid 19 on the following count charge. 1. That the NANS JCC under the leadership of Comr. Bursari Abdul-Qouwiyy Adelaja stands dissolved. 2. Following provision of the JCC Bye Law, the administration of the present NANS JCC Lagos Axis executives tenure expired on the 13th of December, 2019 with constitutional provision of one academic calendar year in office hence the Chairman and his EXCOS have spent over 17 months in office. 3. That the JCC Chairman, Comr. Busari have refuse to call for a senate meeting which ought to take place on every minimal quarter of the calendar year. The last senate meeting held by Lagos JCC took place in September 2019 which was to resolute the senators choice of candidate for Zone ‘D coordinator. 3. The resolution of the said senate meeting led to the general adoption of Comr. Kappo Samuel as the only candidate from Lagos to aspire for the Zonal Coordinator of NANS South-West (Zone D) which took place at Lagos State College of Health technology, Yaba, Lagos, where Comr. Kappo emerged as the Coordinator of the Zone. 4. The JCC chairman has since been conniving with the enemies of students movement by fanning ember of discord to the peaceful students structure in the zone, his name has been publicly found as signatory to the publications of an impersonator parading himself as the Coordinator of the Zone against the constitutional power of the senators of the Zone. 5. The Chairman did not write a rejoinder against the imposters, rather he came at the JCC Senators attempt to disclaim his signature on their false publication with a rejoinder. In his rejoinder to the students union presidents letter, he publicly announced his unquestionable desires to remain an enemy of the state, as he refused to acknowledge Comr Kappo Olawale Samuel as the original ZONE-D Coordinator, with full knowledge of that as a fact since he was an active participant on the last ZONE-D Convention held at Lagos State College of Health Technology, Yaba, Lagos. The Students Union Presidents are totally disdained by his signing of a press release against our popular wish. 6. The present leadership of NANS JCC Lagos has refused to usher in another public relation officer (PRO) after the sad death of Comr Oshin Aderibigbe who was the office holder until his death. Leaving such an important office vacant and has henceforth silent the conscious voice of the union and render the union handicapped. 7. That the chairman has adopted every means of dividing the senators and have constantly paraded miscreants, thugs who should be seen as enemy of students and the state at Large against the Legitimate Senators. 8. As stated in the obvious facts above, the present administration is urgently and critically importantly needs to be dissolved of the NANS JCC Lagos As evidently proven above, the present administration is better dissolved if the NANS JCC Lagos will move forward and we are not shying away from our responsibilities of protecting the votes of the over 4.1 million Nigerian students in Lagos State. We therefore, announce that the council of the students’ union presidents will begin necessary push for proper transition of legitimate power to new set of idealists who will restore the lost glory of the apex students’ body in the state and place the association to a deserving height that our heroes labored for. Also, we wish to announce that the students leadership of the State will be under the full guidance of the following students union presidents and they are expected to consult, plan and conduct the NANS JCC Lagos convention with the space of one month from this time: Comrade Ojo Semasa S.U.G President Saint Augustine College of Education Ag. Ogun State Students Divided Over The Call To Probe Amosun's Administration It is not a gainsaying that the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) is now politicize especially the Ogun State chapter. Recently, the President of the National Association of Ogun State Students (NAOSS) calls on the incumbent governor of Ogun state, Prince Dapo Abiodun to probe the past administration of the former governor, Sen. Ibikunle Amosun over some contracts he awarded while in office that are abandoned. On the 22nd of June 2020, the Deputy Coordinator of National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) South West Zone-D; Comrade Oladimeji Uthman (Dan-Fodio) also issued a statement calling on the Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, to ignore the NAOSS president because of partisan politics and warns all students union leaders to steer clear of politics especially taking side to heat up polity in the Gateway state. However, the Chairman of National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Ogun JCC, Comrade Bamgbose Tomiwa has also issued a press statement on the 23rd of June 2020 to support the NAOSS president by also calling on the incumbent governor of Ogun state to probe Amosun's Administration due to failure complete some projects he borrowed a lot of money to execute. Moreover, the Chairman, NANS Ogun JCC has called the Deputy Coordinator of NANS Southwest Zone-D an impostor! The question in the mind of all Nigerian students now is that which interest are these leaders of students union representing presently?

PRESS RELEASE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIAN STUDENTS NANS OGUN JCC. CALL FOR ACCOUNTABILITY, A PROCESS EVERY POLITICIANS SHOULD BE SUBJECTED TO. The leadership of NANS OGUN STATE having observed political activities in the State in recent years wishes to state categorically that the call for forensic auditing and accountability on the part of the Senator Ibikunle Amosun's led administration should not and must not for any reason be tagged political or misplaced. An adage says "a guilty conscience fears accusation". For record purpose, it is very important to note that the last administration in the Gateway State examined the financial activities of the Otunba Gbenga Daniel's led administration. It is also important to note that some students were mobilised by the former administration to rain series of insult on Otunba Gbenga Daniel during one of the Court hearing in Ogun State against Otunba Gbenga Daniel. So, the call on Prince Dapo Abiodun by the national leadership of NAOSS to probe the activities of the former adminstration most especially in the area of projects and financial engagement of the former administration in Ogun state should not for any reason be tagged political. It is also important to note that Senator Ibikunle Amosun left behind a lot of uncompleted projects in which the government borrowed a lot of money to execute but it is very saddening and embarrassing to note that many of the projects were left uncompleted. It is on this note the Apex students body in the Gateway State call on the Government of Ogun State to establish a body or agency that will review the activities and spending of all former administrations in the State to give room for accountability and to also serve as a check on political office holders in curbing corruption in our polity. As students, we make bold to assert that the way and manner the resources of the State is being mobilised is of great and serious concern to us as against what was written by one impostor, Uthman Oladimeji who parades himself as the Deputy Coordinator of NANS Zone D. Signed: Comrade Bamgbose Tomiwa Chairman NANS OGUN JCC 08039617682 Comrade Sodiya Abayomi P.R.O NANS OGUN JCC.

LEAVE STUDENTS OUT OF POLITICS, PROBING POLITICIANS IS NOT OUR CONCERN. Our attention has been drawn to an unintelligent, unnecessary and out of box interference in partisan politics by some group of students in Ogun State. From our investigations, we are yet to ascertain the studentship of the self acclaimed National President of the National Association of Ogun State Students (NAOSS). This is because we gathered he was rusticated some years ago from Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) due to low CGPA among others. The acclaimed students leader under the guise of National Association of Ogun State Students (NAOSS) deviated totally from activism into partisan politics by calling for the probe of the former governor of Ogun State and Senator representing Ogun Central at the National Assembly, Ibikunle Amosun CON, FCA by HE Dapo Abiodun's administration, the purpose of which was purely to heat up the polity in the state. The acclaimed student leaders in an unintelligent and frivolous manner are demanding for the probe of contracts awarded by the past government of Senator Ibikunle Amosun in Ogun State despite having no meaningful claims or evidence to back their calls. We wish to state unequivocally that National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) South West Zone remains the umbrella body and the mouthpiece for all students studying in any south-western states of the country and it is our resolve that student union leaders are to steer clear of politics especially taking side to heat up polity in any state at the detriment of our colleagues - students. We therefore, call on the general public to dispel their mischievous, sponsored and anti-activism call to create unnecessary crisis within the All Progressives Congress in the state and in order to enhance recognition before the governor for monetary gains but at the detriment of Nigerian students. We wondered how the COVID-19 pandemic that has crippled businesses and academics activities across the country with Ogun state on partial lockdown is not their concern except politics at this trying moment. Furthermore, we hereby appeal to the Federal Government, Minister for Education, all south-western states government to find a lasting solution to this pandemic because our life as students is currently mortgaged!. Our female students are been raped while the others are getting pregnant on a daily basis. We call on government at all levels to formulate procedures on re-opening of our academic institutions as the world begins to learn how to live with the pandemic until vaccines are found. We hereby appeal to His Excellency, Governor Dapo Abiodun MFR to call his SA on Students Matters, Com. Adeyemi Azeez to order before he turns students to political thugs for his hatchet jobs thereby defacing student activism in the state. Further attempts shall be aggressively resisted in legal ways including march to the governor's office to register our displeasure. Prince (Dr.) Dapo Abiodun MFR must understand that power is transient and should beware of the political praise singers in his government who are ready to flirt when the chips are down. We wish the students friendly governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun the best of luck likewise the governors of all south-western states in Nigeria (Lagos, Oyo, Ekiti, Ondo, Osun) and our Leader and Father, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR. Conclusively, we implore Nigerian students across all south-western states and Nigeria at large to continue to stay safe while this pandemic last. By God's grace, we shall surely overcome this trying moment. Until all are Freed, All remain Slaves. E-signed: COMRADE OLADIMEJI UTHMAN ”DAN FODIO” DEPUTY COORDINATOR, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIAN STUDENTS (NANS), SOUTH WEST ZONE (NANS ZONE D).

The Magic Of The Magnanimous Prince Dapo Abiodun, His Administration The amazing administration of His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR, since its inception has recorded unbeatable achievements and has keep moving our dear state forward in all ramifications. Earlier this month of June 2020, Prince Dapo Abiodun, formally launched the Community Policing Project in the state towards bringing the police and policing closer to the people, to curb crimes and other vices from the grassroots. To further prove his commitments in rejuvenating the state and giving the people dividends of democracy, the Abiodun's Administration has also commenced statewide renovation of the Ogun State Fire Service Station to boost prompt Intervention of fire fighters in an emergency situation. Recently, the Ogun state government has commenced the reconstruction of 2Km Isheri Estate Road in Ifo local government. This is to sweep off the scene, the reoccurrence of road disasters which is a common narrative in that axis, a feat that the past administration could not attain in years. Under his watch, Ogun State's economy has leaped from its dwindling state to a more stable state, a development that earned the state a dignifying privilege to be a centre of attraction for foreign and local investors. We cannot but also stress his heroic deed in all sectors-education, agric, health to mention but few. Just few days after Abiodun assumption of office, he exhibited a magical trait by transforming the health sector, the decayed Olabisi Onabanjo Teaching Hospital in Ogun East was rehabilitated, primary and secondary schools in the state are undergoing rehabilitation, secondary schools teachers who were stepped down under the last administration were reinstated, dilapidated roads are under construction. Amongst many other achievements of Governor Abiodun is the rehabilitation some decaying primary health centers (PHCs) across the three Senatorial Districts of the state to curb poor performances of health practitioners in that sector. To end the incessant rape incidents which is damaging the reputable of our dear country, the Ogun State government emphasized that all gender-based violence will not be tolerated. Finally, lets support the Prince Dapo Abiodun's morose efforts to fight against the novel COVID-19 in Ogun State by strictly adhering to all the directives laid down to end the terrifying pandemic by wearing facemask, washing hands regularly and keeping social distance. The students union government of the royal institute of health technology Ifo hereby write the public and concern offices to debunk the claim of the of Association named National association of ogun state students (NAOSS) for misinforming the public that our college has been opened for operation. It is very important to note that the Royal institute of health technology Ifo is a private owned institution with no alliance with the said association called NAOSS. For record purpose the school mobilizes students whose course of study is related to the ongoing situation in the country as a way of assisting the students to acquire more experience in their field of study which is contrary to the news in circulation about the total opening of our institution. NANS EULOGIZED PRINCE DAPO ABIODUN ON BIRTHDAY, ONE YEAR IN OFFICE DESCRIBES HIM AS A TRAIL BLAZER. The National Association of Nigerian Students South West Zone under the leadership of Comrade Kappo Samuel Olawale join the state, first family and His Excellency, the Governor of Ogun State, Prince (Dr.) Dapo Abiodun MFR to wished him a HAPPY BIRTHDAY. This is an opportunity to acknowledge and honour a great leader, as well as a peace loving Governor whose devotion to the course of our State and Nation is legendary. Your Excellency, you have been steadfast in defending the gains of our successful struggle to attain the best economy amidst the State outh Western states, thereby paving the way for the socio-economic and political development of our dear state. The state on which you have reposed so much responsibility and trust values the great contribution that you have made towards economically empowering the people through Economic Empowerment Programmes. We continue to value your courage in ongoing efforts to making sure that Ogun State becomes one of the developed states in Nigeria, and continue to have global recognition in terms of the available resources in the state such as Agriculture, Tourism, Technology etc. Today, by the grace of God Almighty, and the goodwill of the people of Ogun State, and others too numerous to mention, we stand on the threshold of a new dawn and a new beginning,” in short-sleeved buba, a floral agbada with a cap to match, the then-newly sworn in Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State had announced on May 29, 2019, delivering his inauguration speech at the MKO Abiola Stadium, Kuto, Abeokuta. Friday 29th of May, 2020, you have spent exactly one year in office. It is a milestone. Add to that is the indelible mark of double blessings, double celebrations and a moment only him can lay claim to in Nigeria. The Ogun State governor is a ‘born democrat,’ long before democracy returned to Nigeria on May 29, 1999. He was born May 29, 1960. Not many Nigerian politicians are in his league. Debonair in style, egalitarian in outlook and democratic in disposition, Governor Abiodun is regarded as a man of immense capacity to lead and inspire. He is considered as a man committed to open governance, transparency and accountability. He has always sought to serve the public good. May 29, 2020 was a diamond jubilee for the avant-garde but down-to-earth Ogun Governor. It also marked a remarkable year in the office. As an individual, Abiodun believes in the unity of purpose; in the amalgam of ideas and collective execution. To him, no one claps with one hand. The former chief executive of various companies (Crestar Hydrocarbons Limited, OMS-Heyden Exploration and Production Limited, Heyden Petroleum Limited, Alarmnet and Innovative Ventures Limited, and First Power Limited), before assumption of office as the Governor of Ogun State, served as a member of various presidential committees (Presidential Think Tank set up by President Olusegun Obasanjo in 2001). He was appointed as the Chairman of the Oil and Gas Committee of Ogun State in 2009 and served as the Chairman of Depot and Petroleum Product Marketers Association (DAPPMA) from 2012 to 2019. In 2014, Prince Abiodun was honoured by President Goodluck Jonathan with the Member of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (MFR). Yet, there is more to his life than personal achievements. Provided with the mandate to serve Ogun State, Abiodun assured the people that his oaths of allegiance and office were a tripartite covenant “between me and God, on one part, to serve Him and reciprocate His faithfulness through the journey so far by being a tool to bring the greatest good to the greatest number of Ogun State people, regardless of creed, gender and political affiliation. On the other part, it is also a covenant with the good people of Ogun State.” Has he lived up to that? Under one year of the administration, the governor has continued to make hard work seem easy. As a complement to stimulating employment in the state, the governor created the Ogun Tech Hub and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (Stem) Centre located along Kobape Road, Abeokuta Expressway. With a sprawling tableau of ICT experts, trainees and gadgets, the hub was conceptualized to make Ogun “the one-stop-shop for technological innovations across Africa where start-up companies will conveniently be set up.” The technology hubs across the state have confirmed the premium position of the state in the digital economy. In fact, the Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy rated Ogun as the Best State in ICT Penetration and Adoption. Apart from media reports on several infrastructural, industrialization, economic and developmental initiatives of Governor Dapo Abiodun MFR scattered around the State, his vision and vocal point to make Ogun State greater than he met it is a reflection of his daily struggles even with the dwindling resources available at his disposal. He has lived up to expectation in the Educational Sector, Agricultural, Infrastructure, Empowerment Initiatives, Security of Lives and Properties and other sectors but as human, we are Oliver Twist, more is expected. I urge all Progressive Nigerian Students in the Gateway State and South West in general to all come together and pray for Governor Adedapo Abiodun in order to achieve success and to govern the state well in a good pace better than the way he met it. “On behalf of all Nigerian Students in South West Geopolitical Zone, the NANS structure leadership and all other students organization in the Zone, I write to express warm felicitations to you on the landmark occasion of your 60th birthday anniversary.” “As you deservedly celebrate this glorious day, it is my prayer that the Lord of Á luta who has richly prospered you and ordered your every step this past half century, will continue to bless you with good health and fulfillment in the many more years of worthy service ahead of you,” Conclusively, I hereby seize this golden opportunity to grab the fiat in wishing my amiable Governor an Happy Birthday and exemplary show of leadership in celebrating ONE YEAR in the executive wing. Until all are Freed, All remain Slaves. E-signed: COMRADE OLADIMEJI UTHMAN ”DAN FODIO” DEPUTY COORDINATOR, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIAN STUDENTS (NANS), SOUTH WEST ZONE (NANS ZONE D).

EID-EL-FITRI: NANS URGES MUSLIM NIGERIAN STUDENTS TO PRAY AT HOME, AVOID LARGE GATHERINGS. The National Association of Nigerian Students South West Zone (NANS Zone D) under the leadership of Comrade Kappo Samuel Olawale uses this medium to felicitate with all our Muslim brothers and sisters as we celebrate another Eid-el-Fitri. We give glory to Almighty Allah for counting us all worthy to witness another. I bring to all Nigerian Students warm greetings at this season of Eid-el-Fitri. It is a season of remembrance of the good things that the Almighty Allah has done in our lives. The dictate of Allah (SWT) is that we use this season to share love and Godly affection to our fellow students. As students, we should see Eid-l-Fitri celebration as a season of sober reflection, noting that we must continue to submit ourselves totally to the creed of Allah as displayed during the month of Ramadan. We should purge ourselves of evil and wrong doings. It is a season set aside for purity and atonement of sins. It is also a time to lift up the poor, needy and broken hearted through our generosity and empathy. I urge all Muslim Nigerian Students to continue on the path of spirituality, respect for one another and peaceful co-existence among all in respective of our religion and tribe. As we celebrate this year’s Eid-el-Fitri, we must remind ourselves of the need to further reflect spiritually and build communally. It is regrettable that the Pandemic situation would not allow us all to have the celebration as usual. However, it is pertinent that we adjust to the trend and abide by the laid down guidelines by the government to check the spread of the deadly virus while making sure that the celebration is marked. In compliance with these guidelines, we should all have our Eid prayers in our home as directed by the Islamic World Scholars, shun every social gathering that has more than twenty persons in attendance, maintain social distance when meeting people, always make use of our nose or face masks and sanitize our hands regularly with ethanol based sanitizers. We must also be hygiene conscious when preparing, collecting and consuming foods and drinks during this period. Let's sustain the virtues of Ramadan by maintaining the love, togetherness and peaceful coexistence that characterised the Holy month. I enjoin every Nigerian Muslim Students to be of good character and remain the best of examples, taking after the Holy Prophet (SAW). Let us also pray for an end to insecurity and other challenges that we face as a nation. As we continue to pray that Almighty Allah have mercy to heal our land, I wish you all a happy Eid-el-Fitri celebration. Until all are Freed, All remain Slaves. E-signed: COMRADE OLADIMEJI UTHMAN ”DAN FODIO” DEPUTY COORDINATOR, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIAN STUDENTS (NANS), SOUTH WEST ZONE (NANS ZONE D).

NANS STANDS WITH COMRADE ADEYEMI SAYS WHO ELSE COULD HAVE BELL THE CAT BETTER. The attention of the leadership of National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) OGUN J.C.C. Axis has been drawn to a press release purported to attack the personality of the Special Assistant to the Governor of Ogun State on Students' Matters, in person of Comrade Azeez A. Adeyemi who doubles as the NANS National Public Relation Officer (P.R.O) I hereby state unequivocally and assertively from annals of consultation and knowledge sought, that the statement in question was released by the office of the Public Relations Officer of NANS as directed by the national leadership in accordance with the powers of the executives as enshrined in our constitution, and not the office of the Special Assistant to the Governor on Students' Matters. The decision of Nigerian students cannot be uttered by anyone because it's beyond and greater than any individual and as such it becomes very eminent for the decision to be made known to the public in which such responsibility solely fall on the image maker and mouth piece of the highly esteemed association. NANS OGUN J.C.C. Axis, strongly stand by the statement released by the Public Relation Officer of our great and prestigious association and we make bold to say that truly the Federal Government's school feeding initiative during this pandemic period is a fraud as our younger ones who ought to be the beneficiary of this program are not on ground to enjoy this initiative. It becomes very imperative to enlighten the general public that the statement earlier released by the national P.R.O was not to discredit the government of President Buhari but to call the attention of the concerned authorities towards ensuring transparency, and accountability while actualizing the feeding initiative. Or how do you validate that a ward who is not at home is actually exhausting the food in the home kitchen? If they have schemed a process of taking the food to them at home or via online platform which many activities are now taking place, they should show us proofs. The novel Coronavirus otherwise known as Covid-19 has put the children on a necessary and conditioned absenteeism. No school is opened to facilitate the subject matter. We hereby call on President Buhari to probe the concerned authorities. NANS also warn all mischief makers in government or otherwise, to stay clear from students' related activities and also allow the serious minded government to concentrate efforts and resources in mitigating the pandemic effects. E-Signed: Comrade Bamgbose Tomiwa Chairman NANS OGUN JCC 08039617682

Train And Retrain Your Officers, NANS Tells Customs CG The Nigerian Customs Service (NCS) is a revenue collection agency of the federal government domiciled in the Federal Ministry of Finance. The act of Parliament that established the agency considers it a paramilitary organisation, which means its members are trained and organised in a similar manner to the professional military forces. This also permits officers of the NCS to carry firearms in the discharge of their duty. The primary responsibility of the agency is to collect and account for revenue from Customs duties, excise duties, other taxes, charges, fees and special assessments as may be assigned to it by the Government from time to time. Since its establishment, the NCS has remained a major revenue earner for the nation. Nevertheless, the body has been enmeshed in various scandalous events with the most pronounced being corruption. In a rather disturbing manner, the men of the service are gradually becoming notorious for irresponsible use of firearms that has resulted in the death of harmless civilians. It is sad and awfully lugubrious that within 2 months, Ogun Customs officials were fingered in the death of two (2) innocent students and the hospitalisation of several others. This is not a new phenomenon in the operations of Customs in Nigeria; in fact, it is gradually becoming a consistent occurrence. This act of recklessness has claimed lives of both students, civilians and officials of the Service. It would also be recalled that such in recent times claimed the life of a young man Mr. Odushina Opeyemi at Ihunbo in Ipokia Local Government of Ogun State and Sekinat Agbelade a secondary school student and a member of National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS). While justice is still being sorted for the barbaric murder of Agbelade Sekinat a fifteen (15) year old student and resident of Agososa in Ipokia Local Government by men of the Nigerian Customs Service Ogun Command, it is barely a month later that officers of the same agency has brought to an untimely end, the life of another teenager Riliwan Bello of Area Community High School Owode, Yewa South Local Government Area of Ogun State in an alleged raid of smuggled goods. It was gathered that many people, including the traders, were also said to have sustained injuries during an ensuing stampede triggered by the gunshots being fired into the air by the NCS Operatives. It is gradually becoming clear that the life of Nigerians mean nothing to this law enforcement agency. The preponderance of unguarded shootings by the customs officers is indicative of the weak training they possess. What the foregoing advises is the urgent need for the training and re-training of the officers of the Nigeria Customs Service on the handling of firearms. If Custom officials must carry firearms then they must be well-trained in order to ensure the safety of the society. According to a reliable source, it was learnt that Riliwan Bello, a student of Area Community High School, Owode and member of the Students body was allegedly killed by a stray bullet fired by men of the NCS, Ogun 1 Area Command. The incident happened when men of the NCS broke into some shops in Owode to evacuate bags of sugar, rice among others, which they suspected had been smuggled into the country. In the course of the evacuation, they were shooting sporadically into the air for reasons best known to them. It was said that Bello was killed by a stray bullet which hit him on the head. He was reportedly rushed to a nearby hospital, where he eventually gave up the ghost. It is not the duty of Customs to shoot innocent Nigerians in the name of impounding smuggled goods. It should be recalled that there was an earlier report made by NANS South West Zone, demanding justice for the murder of an Ipokia teenager, Sekinat Agbelade. We specifically gave an ultimatum to the Government and its relevant agencies to ensure that the perpetrators of the heinous act be brought to book. We also demanded for a total review of the operations of the Nigeria Customs Service (NSC) to be implemented. We added that armed pursuit of fleeing smugglers be declared completely illegal, especially in inhabited areas. From our observation, non of the demands has been considered for granting. The leadership of NANS South West Zone in a bleeding heart and as we express our grievance, hereby issue a note of warning that if the killings of innocent Nigerian Students by the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) doesn't stop, or measures are not being taken to make sure this consistent and barbaric act of them stop, the Ogun Command of Nigeria Customs Service will be tagged “Blood Sucking Command”. Also, we call on the leadership of the Nigeria Customs Service, the Comptroller General of Customs Col. Hammed Ali (rtd) and the Ogun Command Comptroller, Agbara O.M to to point out the personnel amidst his officers and ensure he or she is brought to book or face justice. Consequent upon this disheartening development, the leadership of NANS South West Zone through the Deputy Coordinator, Comrade Oladimeji Uthman hereby uses this medium to inform the Federal Government, Comptroller General of NCS, Ogun Command Comptroller, Ogun State Government, Commissioner for Education and the Local Government Chairmen of both Local Governments where the ugly incidents were recorded to expect or await a rugged and dogged demonstration of the armless battalion Nigerian Students across all Southwestern States as soon as the COVID-19 pandemic break is called off as there is no further explanation, excuse neither any justification for this consistent and barbaric killings of members of NANS by his men. The Comptroller General must see this as an issue that requires exigent attention. Programmes must be immediately introduced to protect Nigerians from becoming daily victims in their land. Perhaps punishing officers for reckless discharge will also serve as a motivation for responsible behaviour. We call on all concerned individuals, groups and stakeholders to join us in this course in order to find justice for the innocent teenagers and end the abuse of power by our law enforcement operatives once and for all. If this madness is not decisively dealt with, we do not know who will be next. Again, another priceless soul has been recklessly snapped. A future of our great nation has been cut down in the prime. We sympathize with the family of the deceased and the good people of Owode in Yewa South Local Government Area of Ogun State. May the lord grant rest to the departed soul. Until all are Freed, All remain Slaves. E-signed: COMRADE OLADIMEJI UTHMAN “DAN FODIO” DEPUTY COORDINATOR, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIAN STUDENTS (NANS), SOUTH WEST ZONE (NANS ZONE D).

Olajobi-Ara Writes An Open Letter To Proprietors And Proprietresses Of Private Schools Olajobi-Ara is an alumna of the premier university of education in Nigeria, Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED). He observed the challenges facing the teachers in private schools during this closure of tertiary institutions especially primary and secondary schools. Below is the open letter to proprietors and proprietresses of private schools: Dear Private School Owner, In this modern days, private school ownership can never be underestimate because of their existence most especially in this twenty-first (21st) century. Private schools seem the best school in which majority of parents and guardians enrol their wards. But the story line is how the teachers in private schools are being treated by their proprietors. Teachers are those who impacts knowledge to learners from known to unknown. They treats pupils / students as their biological children. The motivational aspect of most private school teachers by their proprietors are lagging behind from inception. Being a private school teacher should not hinder reduction or stoppage of monthly salary payment. The private school teachers are hardworking, yet most proprietors of schools treat them as a slave. In some private schools, teacher teaches from morning till closing hours which it shouldn't be. The rate at which private school teachers are stranded even without the pandemic period cannot be quantify with suffering during this period. In a sane country where educational system is not being focus as it supposed to, both the teachers and pupils or student will suffer for it. For instance, if a teacher is not motivated, he or she might not have the moral to teach those students up to his or her standard. The most amazing part of it is that the institutions (private schools) earn massively from the students tuition fee but they find it difficult to treat their workers well. It is so disgusting when I saw a post on facebook where someone was asking the private school teachers to drop their phone numbers for recharge card, which sound absurd but the person emulate humanitarianism. It will be well and okay if proprietors of all private schools can look into this matter and help the situation of their workers because these people are suffering but smiling. A lot of teachers find it difficult to feed his or her mouth not to talk of his or her family. I believe without these teachers, private schools cannot exist. In this case, even if it is half of the salary being given to them, the proprietor's of schools should allocate it for them during this period. With this pandemic, a lot of private school teachers doesn't receive March salary not to talk of April. The only way to help and sustain smile in the teachers is by motivating them. Am aware that few school proprietors are caring and they have been doing little. But in a place where we have ratio 2 to 100 of such, I guess it is fair to say it is unfair. I hope to see a positive change from more and plenty of private school proprietors and proprietresses. Thank you. OLAJOBI OLAOLUWA ABAYOMI (OLAJOBI-ARA) olajobiara@yahoo.com 08094517102

COVID-19: PALLIATIVES MEASURES, RISE OF INSECURITY, A CALL FOR URGENT AND ADEQUATE ACTION. Could this be the second coming of Jesus Christ as it is written in the bible? Among all planets, earth is inhabited by humans who are refers to as the strongest and most intelligent of all species. But the advent of CORONA VIRUS has exposed our weakness making people to turn to God for the first time in world’s history irrespective of colour, race or religion. As a Nigerian, I have kept praying to GOD to divinely intervene because of the recent and ongoing activities of the world’s deadliest virus in the developed nations of the world. It is no longer news that the most advanced countries of the world in terms of intelligences and technology are now engaging a TRIAL AND ERROR technique in combating this virus. Despite their level of knowledge and intelligence, no one has been able to come up with a permanent cure for the virus leaving countries such as THE MIGHTY USA with the highest cases of corona virus despite their world power, financial capacity, knowledge and medical apparatus. NIGERIA AS A CASE STUDY. Nigeria is a country in the western region of Africa with a population of approximately 200 million and can be categorised as a developing country. Nigeria has so far recorded less than 400 cases of corona virus infection making the government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to extend the lockdown in some of its states namely Lagos, Ogun and the FEDERAL CAPITAL TERRITORY. The two weeks lock down extension has generated a lot of reactions from Nigerians who inhabit in the lock down states, majorly because of the effects on their survival during this lockdown period. The recent rise in crimes such as robbery, burglary and theft in some part of the country under lockdown such as Lagos and Ogun is very alarming and I will like to dwell more on the cause of this shameful and unpatriotic act displayed by some hunger motivated individuals who turn out to be energetic youths in the country. The Federal Government of Nigeria has claimed to release palliatives to some vulnerable individuals during this pandemic period, but Nigerians keep asking questions on the means at which the government got their data and register of the vulnerable people in Nigeria. Nigeria is a country we all know not to have adequate data base for all its citizens. The method of sharing the palliatives has been questioned without the government being able to come up with a reasonable and convincing explanation. WITH THE RECENT PRONOUNCEMENT OF TWO WEEKS EXTENSION , WHAT IS THE FATE OF THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THEIR LIVES EVERYDAY WITH A DAILY INCOME OF LESS THAN $1/PER DAY? OGUN STATE AS A CASE STUDY Ogun state is a state in the south western region of Nigeria that borders Lagos, Oyo and Ondo and it is being refers to as THE GATEWAY STATE. Ogun state has recorded 9 cases of corona virus recently. The state government has gotten donations from different sectors and individuals in monetary terms and in materials. A week ago, the state government embarked on distributions of palliatives to the vulnerable in the state as done by the federal government but the food items shared in different local government was greeted by displeasure and great disappointment by the people. The palliative measures didn’t address the youth who amounted to a larger percentage of the unemployed in our society. The recent alarming robbery, burglary and theft which has created panic and unrest in some areas of the state could be linked with the non-ability of the youths to feed themselves during this lockdown as many youths in the state rely on daily income to sustain themselves and their loved ones. PEARL BAILEY SAYS ‘HUNGRY PEOPLE CANNOT BE GOOD AT LEARNING OR PRODUCING ANYTHING, EXCEPT PERHAPS VIOLENCE’, which is the end result we are experiencing in Ogun state and some other parts of the country. It’s high time for the government to live up to its responsibilities as governance is a responsibility. Having discussed hunger as a major challenge, government should engage intellectuals, knowledgeable individuals, corporate organisations like the telecommunication companies and banks etc as they will assist in generating viable data of its citizens and also the opposition in contributing their own quota as the issue at hand is a one that affect all and sundries. Solving the problem of hunger will provide a solution to the uprising robbery and other crimes being experienced in recently. I equally commend all law enforcement operatives for their role in this trying time. Also, I commend all patriotic Nigerians for not taking advantage of the happenings in the country to perpetrate violence. Let’s all join hands with the government in putting an end to this world deadliest virus. COVID-19 IS REAL... STAY SAFE, STAY AT HOME. SIGNED: COMRADE BAMGBOSE TOMIWA CHAIRMAN NANS OGUN JCC. 08039617682

PROVIDE ENABLEMENT FOR THE VIRTUAL LEARNING INITIATIVE - NANS TELLS FEDERAL GOVERNMENT In the light of the resolve made by the Minister of Education on Thursday, 2nd of April, 2020 during the teleconference with Heads of tertiary institutions across the country, issuing directives that Nigerian students should officially resume their academic works virtually i.e virtual learning, during this COVID-19 period. The leadership of NANS South West Zone under the leadership of Comrade Kappo Samuel Olawale likes to applaud the proactive measure of the ministry and school managements to cushion the effect of the pandemic break on the academic life of Nigerian students and calendar of schools. We however demand that proper enablement be provided for all students if the initiative would be practicable. Actually, this response is a proof that the cry of the students body to order reopening of schools is heard and is being addressed by the concerned authorities. This is seen as continuance of the initiative that is been adopted by a host of Southwestern state governments to ensure that basic and secondary school students continues to learn while staying at home through the digital classes being aired on television and radio at scheduled intervals. However, bearing the reality of our country in mind, virtual learning may be ineffective or totally unachievable if proper provisions and enablement are not put in place to help the initiative. To say virtual learning here means students should use their smart phones, computers and other Internet aided digital communication gadgets to attend online classes. Hence, students will be needing uninterrupted supply of power and Internet subscriptions to access the virtual classes. For the obvious constraint on the finances of the masses during this lockdown, how will Nigerian Students pay for Internet subscriptions and also keep their gadgets powered when the power supply is crippled? To this end, NANS South West Zone demands that the Federal Government is expected to compel, liaise and instruct various telecommunication operators or companies through the Minister of Communication to provide free and unlimited Internet access (subscription) for all Nigerian students for the next three months. Efforts should also be made to ensure bill free and constant uninterrupted power supply by the Power Holding Company of Nigeria and other private owned power holding companies throughout this trying period if the Federal Government wants to make positive efforts to Nigerian Students via e-Learning. It should also be noted that hundred percent attendance in classes cannot be recorded through this virtual medium. Management of schools should therefore employ the most realistic flexible models of holding classes so that majority of their students can benefit. Concession should also be given to the students who are inevitably disadvantaged by the virtual learning initiative. There are students living in the most remote parts of the country where they neither have access to the internet nor are reached by power supply. There are other students who do not have smartphones or computers at all. Cyber cafés which would have been ready options are also part of the lockdown. Above all, the government should consider the unanticipated contingency of the COVID-19 outbreak as a lesson to generally develop the country and its citizen so that such contingency in the future will not render the nation as handicapped at it is. Our government should follow the world as it grows technologically. They should pay more attention to development of human resources and intensive education of Nigerians on the use of computers and computer aided gadgets. The federal government should note that the interest of Nigerian Students at all levels in the country is paramount and must not be jeopardized. ... Education is a Right, not a Privilege. e-Signed: COMRADE KAPPO SAMUEL OLAWALE COORDINATOR, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIAN STUDENTS (NANS), SOUTH WEST ZONE (NANS ZONE D).

Each Senator was given ten minutes to present and deliberate on all the issues raised as highlighted above in relation to their respective campuses. Below are the issues that was raised along side the conclusion and recommendations of the sitting: 1. Security on and off Campuses( EFCC, SARS and NPF illegal arrest, harassment and brutality of Nigerians Students): it was unanimously agreed that the Long overdue Students Police forum should be resuscitated as a matter of urgency to curb the unprofessional activities of the security agencies in our respective students community and environment. 2. Road: All Senators lament on the condition of roads that leads to their Campuses. Emphasis were laid on Ilisan road to Ago-iwoye, Ala road to OMU, old Ijaagun road to Maweje, SANGO to Igbesa and Lafenwa to Ayetoro OOU Campus and Ogun State Cooperate college Ijeja and also road leading to MAPOLY. It was unanimously agreed that His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR attention should be called to this challenge and to avoid accidents and lost of life's of Nigerian Students in Ogun State. 3. Infrastructure : The state of lecture theaters and halls across institutions in Ogun State is nothing to write home about. It was also unanimously agreed that State of Emergency should be declared on EDUCATION in Ogun State until proper funding, infrastructures and development are in place. Ogun State as been the gateway state to education in Nigeria and the Standards shouldn't be politicize nor abandoned. It was noted that most institutions are surviving with the help of TERTIARY TRUST FUND TETFUND. It can boldly be seen in Olabisi Onabanjo University, Tai Solarin University of Education, Tai Solarin College of education and other Polytechnics across the state. State government projects can't be pointed out in institutions across the state at present which is seriously alarming and tell what the future beholds for coming generations. Internal generation revenue of Tertiary institutions as made them to turn government institutions to private with alarming and unnecessary levies in the name of IGR. We call the attention of the Governor to declare State of Emergency in the tertiary Educational Sector in Ogun State. 4. Transportation: The transportation system of state owned institutions in Ogun State is becoming critical and dangerous for Nigerian Students populace, the state Government needs to support management of institutions with Macapollo long bus as a means of conveying Students from Town to Campus and back as it's been done using FUNAAB as example. Sequel to our last visitation to the Governor before his swearing in to power at his residence in iperu, he promised to mobilize each Institution with Students Union Bus which past Government as always been doing to assist the Union in discharging their responsibility and duties to the students populace and support the government towards socio-economic development of the state. It's high time the Governor Honored his words and fulfill his promise to Nigerian Students. 5. Hostile : Protection of life's and property of Citizens as been the primary duty of any government and its on this note we appeal to His Excellency to help facilitate with private sector and investors to build standard hostels across institutions in Ogun State and sight a good example for other state in the Nation. An hostel at a subsidize rate for Nigerian Students will speak so much good and help this government in having a goodwill to Nigerian Students and our parents. Nigerian Students constitute the largest percentage of youths in Ogun State. Nigerian Students believe with the international financial capacity and business connections of his Excellency, investors can be attracted to invest in education sector of Ogun State which will be benefited by coming generations we also use this medium to call on the state government to setup committee that will look into the abandon building facilities which was erected by the past administration in the state for the purpose of accommodating students using Tai solarin university as an example, the OGD led administration erected hostel which up to date has not been in use, the leadership of NANS consider this as a waste of resources because the building is their depreciating state without any plan of usage or engagement. So the state government should look into this. 6. TAI SOLARIN COLLEGE OF EDUCATION STAFF BACKLOG SALARIES: It so sadden to still be on this salary issues of Staffs of this prestigious college after the intervention of Mr. Governor and his promise to clear the backlog salaries which is yet to be fulfilled. Parents have contributed their quota to State development and its quite sadden that the government is treating his citizens and employee like animals and without compassionate heart. These Staffs are parents who have families to feed and also children to send to school. It also interest us to let you know that this backlog of salaries have caused psychological trauma for many of the staffs must importantly the lectures and has in one way or the other affect their zeal towards their duty as they not been motivated to give out their best to the students in the course of their teaching process which in turn has a adverse effect on the students. We appealed ones again to His Excellency to remember this people in due time and fulfill all his promise to them in due time, Nigerian Students won't hesitate to employ last C of Aluta to engage the Government on this salary issue if the issues continues after this appeal. 7.Courtesy Visit: The leadership of National Association of Nigerian Students and the Senators request for Courtesy Visitation to the Governor immediately after the Covid-19 pandemic. This visitation was said to be due and should be called as soon as possible. It's necessary that the Students Stakeholders across the State and his Excellency meet quarterly to dialogue and discuss on issues and things bothering Nigerian Students in Ogun State. We use this medium to request for a Courtesy Visitation to the Governor and if this is not granted within 7days after the covid-19 lockdown, we won't hesitate to make use of the last "C" of aluta. 8. AOB: issue regarding the vacant office of the Honourable Commissioner of Education in Ogun State. It was unanimously agreed that the government should come out to address the Students populace on who is the substantive Honourable Commissioner of Education, Science and Technology in Ogun State. The Ministry can't be vacant or be politicize because we can't allow our future and career to be jeopardize. We seek the Governor to clear the air on this with 15 days Ultimatum starting from the date this communique is received by Ogun State Government . Governor Dapo Abiodun Shows His Readiness To Prevent The Spread Of COVID-19 In Ogun State. By- Femi Akinlawon On the 30th of March 2020, His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR, Governor of Ogun State addressed the good people of the state on the measures taking by his administration to Prevent the wide spread of Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) across the state. The Governor mentioned some of the steps taken and he emphasized that his administration won't relax until everyone is free and safe from this Coronavirus in Ogun state. Below are some of the steps taken by His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR to Ensure Ogun state is Free from COVID-19: a. All contacts of the index case, forty in all, were identified, located, listed and quarantined b. The state’s Emergency Operation Centre (EOC) was activated immediately to coordinate a multi-disciplinary and multi-sectoral response through seven key pillars – (1) Coordination (2) Surveillance and Epidemiology (3) Risk Communication and Social Mobilization (4) Case Management (5) Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) (6) Logistic and (7) Laboratory. We have been holding daily meetings together with all relevant partners to review developments, take decisions and deploy resources appropriately. c. The capacity of the Emergency Preparedness and Response Team at both State and LGA levels has been strengthened. Twenty (20) Medical Officers of Health, Disease Surveillance and Notification Officers (DSNO) and their assistants, Health Educators, and Environmental Health Officers were trained from each of the 20 LGAs. d. We have trained four hundred and twenty-six (426) health personnel in public, private and paramilitary health facilities (doctors, nurses, laboratorians, environmental health officers etc.) on COVID-19 Infection, Prevention and Control (IPC) e. Eleven (11) Medical Laboratory Scientists have been trained on COVID-19 sample collection f. We have focused on ensuring transparent communication with the public and have been running campaigns on print and social media to promote the prevention and early detection of COVID-19 infection. g. We have established multiple means by which the public can contact the Ogun State Ministry of Health. These include a facebook account and twitter handle @OGCovid19Update. We also initiated Public health hotlines, operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be reached on the following toll free number 0800 123 5678. h. Over a hundred thousand (100,000) Information Education and Communication (IEC) materials were produced and distributed to health facilities, schools, churches, mosques, workplaces and general community. Poster support was also received from partners such as WHO and the Nigeria Medical Association i. Reinforcement of our borders to eliminate all possible threats through our surveillance network together with Port Health Services staff at the land borders. Just last week, we facilitated the movement from the Idiroko border of stranded indigenes of other states to their respective states of origin with security escorts. j. Information exchange on Persons of Interest (POI) (travelers from other countries whose destination is Ogun state). A total of 1,002 persons were screened in the last one week including passengers and persons crossing the borders on foot. k. Procurement and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment for our health workers and Isolation facilities. l. In order to tackle the challenge of short supply of hand sanitizers, we engaged the Pharmacy Department in Ogun State Hospitals Management Board to produce hand sanitizers for distribution to our hospitals for use by frontline health workers. Over 100,000 bottles of sanitizer are being produced for distribution to the 20 LGAs. m. Through the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, we have mapped our industries with expatriates and has commenced sensitization of their medical and general staff on COVID-19 infection, detection, prevention and control measures. n. In our search for suitable facilities that we can quickly deploy as COVID-19 Isolation and Treatment Centers, we assessed and evaluated several options across the state, including the intended 250-bed hospital under construction in Abeokuta that only has 40 beds delivered; existing hospitals and other public buildings. The Assessment Team concluded that the following facilities could be immediately deployed in the short term. These are the purpose-built 21 bed isolation and treatment centre at Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital (OOUTH), Sagamu; 100 bed capacity General Hospital Iberekodo, Abeokuta, and this Isolation and Treatment Centre in Ikenne with 128 bed capacity. The Ikenne facility though not within a hospital will benefit from the technical, logistics and manpower support from two tertiary health facilities – Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital (OOUTH), Sagamu and Babcock University Teaching University, Ilisan which are both are less than 10-minutes drive away. In the medium to long term plan of the state, we are in discussions with the contractor of the 250-bed hospital, to determine the possibility of the facility becoming available in the shortest possible time. Also available to us are a 30-bed facility donated by Chief Olusegun Obasanjo and a 40 bed facility donated by Mr. Fola Adeola for isolation of suspected cases till they are confirmed. In total, we have a over 300 beds for isolation and treatment. It should be noted that whilst there are a few suspected cases being tested, there is only one active case of the infection in our state as I speak. o. In addition, the state has also mapped the following health facilities that could be easily prepared and deployed in an unlikely event of the existing 300 bed spaces being exhausted. These include 523 Primary Health Care facilities, 42 secondary facilities, 3 tertiary facilities and 690 private health facilities with 7,082 health care workers (including 531 doctors and 2,206 nurses) across the 20 LGAs in the State. p. Furthermore, all the Local Government Chairmen have been directed to identify suitable facilities such as event/social centres, school halls, community halls, in their respective areas that could be easily prepared and deployed as COVID-19 treatment facilities in the event of a surge in the corona virus cases in the State. q. These facilities that we emplacing are not just to cope with any surge (we pray not) in our state but the likely overflow from our next door neighbours – Lagos. This is a collective fight and this is time to support each other and work as part of a national effort to confront a common adversary. r. The State has procured additional vehicles for intensified COVID-19 surveillance. s. In light the attendant risk of community transmission and to enforce social distancing, on the 18th of March, 2020, the Government found it expedient to ban all high-density gatherings that would bring together 50 or more people. This has since been lowered to 20 - persons in the same place, such as social clubs, halls, cinemas, night clubs, restaurants, cafes, and sport arenas. This measure will be in effect till 18 April in the first instance. ....On behalf of all the citizens of our dear gateway state, we appreciate the restlessness efforts of His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR. Thank You. Compiler: Femi Akinlawon

The National Association of Nigerians Students South West Zone (NANS Zone D) under the leadership of Comrade Kappo Samuel wishes to commend the Ogun State Government for the brilliant initiative of hosting an electronic visual platform named ”OgunDigiClass” for students in primary and secondary schools across the state and to keep students educated while they are at home. The measure which was put in place is to cushion the effect of the indefinite break embarked upon as a result of the ravaging COVID-19 pandemic on the academic of of students at these levels is a welcome development. It would be recalled that the government made a directive on the ban of the high density of gathering due to the COVID-19 virus, which subsequently informed the closure of all schools across the state. With this decision made by the Ogun State Government on Tuesday, we are very sure students won't be idle at home and it will also keep the young champs brain refreshed. It will also serves as a means to show the technological advancement in the state. This initiative of the state government in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology is to ensure that learners are still undergoing the learning process while on the unplanned and impromptu academic recess. “OgunDigiClass” would daily feature top-notch educators who would handle core topics in English and Mathematics at both Primary and Secondary Schools levels. This effort and initiative is as a result of good governance towards building a brighter future for students in the state. However, the leadership of NANS Zone D also use this as a clarion call to other Southwestern Governors to emulate this brilliant initiative by their Ogun State counterpart Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun MFR by initiating something meaningful and educative so as not to make the students across the zone wile away the time during this period. If they are educationally engaged during this period, there will be better results South West secondary institutions can boast of during the West African and National Examinations and this will properly and safely engaged them during this trying times. Digital learning is not only allowing students to access more information but also ensuring that the information in question is customizable and suitable to their personal needs.
