Hello house, I have a positive assessment from EA for 7 years work experience and I thought I could do my PTE and move on. But I hardly have time to practice and now I have 8 years with few months doing the same job. How can I apply to EA to change my 7 years to 8 years of experience ??

From EA booklet, I gathered that d English test is a requirement for ur qualification / skill assessment. How were u able t get positive assessment without d English test since u r yet t write ur LTE. I asked cos IELTS training t right for my assessment is d only thing delaying me now.

He has 2 options here, either he plays as Electrical Engineer or he goes with Electronics Engineer.

Both are individual occupation on the skilled migration list, all he need do is visit www.anzscosearch.com to check the job description of both occupations and chose the one that best suite the roles he has undertaken during the employment periods.

Noteworthy, is the fact that Electronics Engineers are on pro rata for invitation and require higher points to stand a chance (everyone literally requires higher pots these days) kiss

Plz wht do I mean by "pro rata" that some occupation are on pro rata n plz tell us all others that on pro rata plz. Tnks

While on visa 489, you may not be entitled to Medicare for the two years before you apply for permanent resident. Once you put in application for permanent resident after two years on 489, you get registered for Medicare.

Thanks sir @Master belling. Bit I have another thing to be cleared though I hav read almost all the pages of this and the previous threads but no clear to this.

In this point things involving married couple. Both need to have qualification n skills assessed by d relevant authorities and take english test too? If am d principal applicant, my wife's IELTS, age, qualification n Skil assessment will only add 5points t me and she will get no point on her own either , If my wife's is the principal applicant too, my age, IELTS, education n Skil assessment will giv my wife just added 5points as well? Did I understand it.

But does it mean dt f u didn't assess ur partner's qualification n skill, he /she wouldn't be allowed t join d oda t live n work in Australia

My wife is younger than I am, by her age, she is sure to get 30points on age, but she has NCE but has only taught in primary school for jst 2yrs

Me, by d time, I will b getting assessed by EA n finally writing my EOI, I estimated a yr, by den I will only get 15 in my age( 38 nw).I hv 10yrs job experience in line with my education qualification.(HND civil engineering)

I want t go for 489,o r 190 plz advice me more for who will b d principal and wht other helpful info. We e ready t write my English test, am also gathering my docs for assessment by EA.

Tnks bellong

Please from part 1 d closed thread page 1 where you explained the difference between the 3 PR pathways. In 489, does it mean that a PR holder via 489 will not get medical insurance all through his life there or after some 2yrs, then one is qualified to get d med insurance from d 489 visa.

Can a holder be able to change region after two yrs in d region dt nominated him jst as in 190?
