All your has to do is to answer questions truthfully and leave the rest to ECO, I can’t tell if it will affect him or not but you need to understand that rape case is a serious issue in the U.K.
TravelRe: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 3 by GarciaEvans:
Hello house please we need an urgent advice,
My friend had a rape case in UK he was involved with not that he actually committed it but the white girl allegedly mentioned his name along with other fellas that was involved.

He was arrested and released before 24 hours on investigation. Since 11/July /2018 till now nothing.

The guy came back to Nigeria last year December and now he’s trying to apply for a tier 4 UKvisa to come back to Uk for his degree program.

So now would it affect the visa as they said in a visa space have you been ARRESTED OR CHARGED currently OR awaiting trial?.

Please justwise what should he do? What’d he fill in the conviction space?? huh

justwise:
Which country?

Please what’s form A?

And what’s possibly delaying cbn??

justwise:
It shouldn't take that long, your uncle should have gone to another bank to pay using form A.

You need to do both
Hello Justwise please do you know how cbn transfers international funds to schools.

My uncles been trying to pay for his three kids fees to one university in the UK through cbn

But it’s been two weeks now since he submitted the application. What we got last week Thursday was that they don’t have enough pounds yet that the school should probably expect the payment next week or so.

Does it mean they converts the naira to any foreign currency before making international transfers??
