But you should know, without the knowledge, you may be making a loss. So, it's better to just sell off

I will like you to list other advantages of this more expensive machineries over the cheaper ones. You only mentioned that the stainless fryer saves fuel, time and does not rust. How about production efficiency? I expect the more expensive machines to produce garri with better quality at a cheaper rate.

my clients process for themselves. They don't collect money to process for others.

I'm sorry, I cannot calculate that. It is not my field. What you should do is, contact sellers of big generators and give them the power ratings of the electric motors as av stated them and they'll calculate what capacity of generator that will be enough

3. Sifter 3hp electric motor

was thinking... what if i deside to use electric motor on all my machines with a central lister to power them instead of having the whole place all noisy and smokey with numerous rotor generators. thanks

All machinery are originally designed to use a central generator or electricity, the idea of having a separate engine driving each machine is simply because of the power issue and the cost of a generator. So, all machinery could use a central generator or electricity.

For factories closer to Lagos, we have in Ogun State.

the cost of firewood you would use for the manual is even more than what would be needed for the automatic. But my calculation is mainly about labour cost
