Disenfranchise Obi from the race, release Nnamdi kanu and then drop Shettima in favour of a Northern Christian and then attempt to make 2027 a North vs South affair. He has sampled opinions online and believes the myth that the entire South will vote for him if Obi is not on the ballot but he may be miscalculating and underestimating the level of his unpopularity. Tinubu is even more unpopular across the South than he is in the North today and disenfranchising Obi will only make it worse.

Tinubu is unpopular, but APC has won almost every available seat in the bye-election.
