Hi Sam,. please do you have a very nice 2 or 3 bedroom flat inside Thomas estate or Abraham Adesanya. needed before the end of the month. budgets for 2br=400-450k and for 3br=500k
all ensuite with vistors toilet will be a great plus.

ps: dont want flats upstairs, dont want flats in an over populated compd, if possible I be the only one in the compd or max of 4 in the compd.

Please Folks.

I am in dire need of an apartment in Lagos.

I have a one year contract in Lagos and need someplace to stay during these period, i don't mind the location as long as it's not in any of those bushes, or far on the outskirt.

My budget is 60k, i only need the place for a year. It could either be a self-contain, a mini flat or A room in a flat. I just need something with a good toilet and bathroom.

I need this before this month runs out.

Thank you for the prompt response.
There are a few things we need to Iron out.

First and foremost, i stated what my budget is, i don't have 160k.
Secondly, i am only using the apartment for a year, so there is no use paying for 2years.
Third, you stated the rate of the house to be 4k/month which equals 48k/year and 96k for 2years, where did 64k com into the package Sir?
if i am allowed to pay for a year i would be there right away please, i need this urgently, if its available i would fly in first thing tomorrow to inspect.

my friends who work for him are living in abject poverty
he does not pay well and the funny thing is that he deducts 50 thousand every month from there salary for cars but he never gives them
some have worked for so 3 to 4 years and they have overpaid the 1 million naira to be deducted for two years
he pays 60 thousand naira monthly and it is paid like ten days after the month has ended
instead he finds a way to sack them and then announce to the world that he has employed 500 ghost staffs
I feel bad that we Nigerians can be deceived
I think Adenuga is far more better than him though i hear he sacks people also for no good reason

very very correct. i have a very close person that works with him in top level and still he can't afford to live as good as a clerk
