AreaFada2:
Very nice.

One loses a lot of money building from diaspora if you cannot be on ground. Very unfortunate.

Corruption & cheating is a DNA thing in 9ja now.

You can say that again and again..God will help us...

Babs612000:
How many rooms are they in all please.
Is it 3bedrooms with study room,Guess room,and boys room.

Yes....3 bedrooms with a study room...

ezehisaac:
@Op, nice one there.

You are already on lintel and yet to exhaust 2m.
But mine is yet to get to lintel and I already spent over 3m.
It's a learning curve for me, when I want to develop the main building, I must be home and supervise it myself.

Thanks for tthis. I'll show it to my contractor who happens to be a cousin

My brother...you need to be on ground yourself to monitor how things work....all I asked the engineer is to give me list of materials. I buy them myself and only pay him his workmanship. With these....i was able to save a lot.

So far you've managed the cost efficiently good job, almighty will help you through Amin.
For those who are afraid to start, you can see for yourselves how the money is been managed. Put your mind to it. It's not that hard, cut off unnecessary things you don't need to focus your attention on it. It's can be done with time.
