We may cancel, as the tour is already looking like a lonely one.

We even tried using tour company, and the cheapest we saw was 180k per person just to benin republic for a 3 day tour, while we intend to get to Ghana.
Family of how many? Meanwhile why are u looking for company. People mustn't go along with u b4 u can have fun. If u are still ready to embark on the journey, we are here and can help u out in our little way but remember your money will help have more fun but Benin isn't expensive per say. Sincerely starngers may help or offer u more than people u know. I have moved round west Africa without knowing a soul in any of the countries. I believe u and ur family can have a 1wk trip between Benin Republic and Togo having good fun without exceeding 250k and might be lesser

Actually na plan for later this year if not early next year. I have plenty responsibilites to tie down this year by God's grace. I am a farmer and trader. I trade red oil (long term storage mainly) and some other farm produce. I also trade some digital currencies. My wife sells top quality contemproary native designs. Regardless, any straightforward thing that I can buy cheap here and sell higher there will be considered depending on my budget then.
On farm produce, an still trying to remember one but I am sure of sewing machine, new and 2nd hand ones. U will be fine with it. Printers too

If u need a number when ready, I can give u one but always let me know and tell them u are from me. Thanks

The only business I know very well is wrapper, igbos call it (abada) business
But I can do any business, all I need is just few months to learn how it goes
What am asking is what kind of business moves there
Like phone accessories, foodstuffs and co which someone can venture into with a million or two
Your advice is needed
Thanks for ya response 🙏🏻
That Abada confuses me with Ankara but make sure u have a trusted supplier at Onitsha Incase needs be.
Meanwhile seems u didn't take time to read from the top, there are series of biz discussed here earlier like sales of bike parts, used London phones, phone accessories, sales of sewing machines and it's parts, sewing accessories, weavons, ABA made clothes for the females, saloon biz especially the females, computers and kinds of electronics etc.
When u come, I can advise u better when on ground and guide u based on my little experience so far. Wishing u the best

I speak little French, not much too and learning is not my problem once am in I learn so fast
I prefer to know if u have experience in any first or have an intention of going into any, then I can help advise better or guide u through on how to situate it here.

As for the house, u will specify and it's advisable u are on ground and we can engage some serious agents to help u get a house immediately. Houses are readily available. Cheers

Pls I am looking at getting a house in contonu I just asked someone who stays in parakou and he said the rate is 1000 naira to 850cfa... my main reasons for relocating is light issues, network instability and peace of mind which Nigeria unfortunately isn’t providing...

Pls is 250K enough for a room self con in contonu as at 2023 and which area of contonu?? Also any agent in the house to assist will be greatly appreciated ..
250k is ok cos after exchange, it will drop in value. Meanwhile getting an agent for u wouldn't be a problem. U must have to be on ground except u have a trusted fellow that can do that on ur behalf. It's best u are around cos COTONOU house e get as e be ooo, so choose your taste yourself. Once u have your money, u can get a house of your choice within a day or two.

Moreover for the exchange rate, it depends too, u can get lesser or higher depends.
If u work remotely, u can go out of Cotonou to reduce the cost of accomodation and increase the standard.

Business**trade By Barter*** by Gatess(op): 11:29am On Mar 11, 2023
*TRADE BY BARTER*

I know many will be wondering what we intend to share with this title. Well Trade By Barter is an ancient practice which people used in the olden days by exchanging goods for goods or for services. Example: If Mr. Kayode is a rice farmer and after harvesting his rice, then he takes the rice to the market in exchange with other goods which he lacks/needs.

Here today, we intend bringing back the ancient practice to see how we can help one another for a better growth. We have solely done most things which slows down the pace of success and sometimes kills the dreams. Until we begin to sincerely come together to compliment each other, our achievements will be little.

A lot of people today have great business ideas that the world is yearning for but do not have *money* to bring it into limelight while another has Money to invest but doesn't have a good business *ideas* .
This has been one of the things keeping a lot of people stagnated for a very long time.
Funny enough, some know that they truly need a partnership but doesn't have *Reliable partners* or knowing how to go about partnering.

Meanwhile, one of the greatest challenge to this partnership business, is *trust* and knowing how to *legally go about it*

Most times, for any partnership business to Excel, we need a help of a *legal practitioner to help us pen down some legal agreements* which helps to bind both parties.
With this, we can all run without fears and anyone who defaults, will have him or herself to blame.

*Dear Nairalanders*, the purpose of this thread is to avail ourselves the opportunities to find the right business partners or to compliment ourselves for faster business growth.

As for me, I have some real good business ideas and some good knowledge in them but require *Capable financial partners*

Let's run straight to the list of businesses that I personally need a business partners

1.*Poultry business* (especially layers) this is my profession with a very good experience.
Lost my farm to flood and really wish to get back to my feet ASAP. Note: Very very lucrative. Insuring the farm is also a good step to boost your confidence.

2. *Vlogging on African tours* (This requires some few thousands to achieve) packaging and presentation will be very captivating to the audience. Very lucative too but u must show some great works

3. *Honey business*: This is seasonal. It can be gotten in very large quantity in a west African country at a very good rate and when exported out, the ROI is mouthwatering. I have the link to the tribe who produce this in large quantity. They tribe have been trained severally on how to process to the finest. They even have an apparatus to check the quality. I can assure of of the best quality because I have lived there and done some business with them
Note: The season for this is between March to April

4. *Tomato/Cucumber farming*:
These two are very lucrative business but you will enjoy it when you have good irrigation system and enough labourers available.
Note: I have practiced them and I can assure you of a good yield. Tomato 1st harvest comes at approximately the 4th month while cucumber is at the 6week after planting.
Note: the demand for both is very high and ROI very good too.

5. *Establishing a betting company in a west African country* I have understudied this country on this and came into conclusion that they are in urgent need of an attractive betting company. I have made enquiries on the steps and conditions. It isn't expensive to establish or register unlike Nigeria. Their 2nd name is Gamble and they start practicing this gambling habit at a very tender age. The only one existing in this country is very archaic and unattractive.

Many more but let me stop here for now.

Please let's feel free to share our ideas where we *require partnerships* Pease it is important to share ideas where you have some level of good experience/knowledge at. Someone interested, may locate you and we will always pray for the best as you guys journey down together. God bless us all...

I have gotten some DM on studying here which motivated me in making some more research on studies. Pls before applying for admission here, verify the accreditation of the school first.
I am still trying to get list of most recognized universities to attend. Once done, I will share it here. Those who wanna upgrade their HND cert to Bsc, which u can use for some programs in overseas, I will have some infos for u soon.
The fact is that it's easier to gain admission here with lesser years to spend in school but Nigerian certificates are more recognized internationally.
For now, I can't dish out some infoS on schooling here until it is completely verified but hearing some good updates.
For those interested in anything studies, pls be patient and I advise u can even come down yourself to get first hand info. I can always guide u or connect u to reliable people who can guide u through. Best of luck

For those into some skill works like Motor Mechanics, tailoring, hairdressings, etc u may not be able to operate here legally without being in their various unions and getting their diploma certificate which probably comes from the government via ur boss. This permits u to operate legally here but when gotten and u package ur biz a little, u will get influx of apprentice coming to learn from u wit good pay as reg fee.

They really pay attention to their skill jobs which is nice.

What do you think about China trucks, do they sell over there? Even China truck spare parts, is it something you can recommend?

What about tech companies, are there Tech companies there? Do you think it will sell over there? Please kindly comment on these and more, thanks
I see china trucks and I believe it will sell well cos of the busy nature of their ports and remember this is a transit route too. So the parts will sell too cos motor parts are imported from naija.
As for tech companies, there are according to a discussion I had with someone last month and being here for such makes it whole lot easier
