I have been using milemaster 5w-30 on my Toyota Camry 2000 v-6 close to 4 years now, unfortunately the oil is no longer easily available. Kindly recommend any other brand that I can use. The vehicle is due for servicing already.

deadline to vehicle delivery in 2hours, already replaced evaporator, all that is left is vacuum system, add a little oil and recharge.

Next thing my 3year old vacuum pump dies out on me cry

rip pump.

What I did next.........

Intake side of engine pulls in air into the combustion chamber, the brake servo uses part of this vacuum to increase efficiency on when brake pedal is depressed.

This gave me an idea.

I connected the vacuum line to the servo vacuum pipe, started the car and it worked!!!! -9psi of vacuum at idle.

I hope this helps a DIY person.

too cheap. Honda pads are about 30k front 28k back.

Aftermarket varies from 5k-30k

I need our help badly. The Brake pad for my camry 2003 was making screeching noises. so i took it to my local mechanic to have them changed. He then told me i had to do brake resurfacing which i reluctantly agreed. After that, my brake has not been normal. It holds for like a sec and goes flat and he seems to have no clue as he has been with my car for 3 days now and its still flat.
Please can you help me with a good brake specialist ?

is it possible that they resurfaced the brake disk so bad that the pad cant grip them firmly??

loss in fluid pressure.
Possible causes.

1. Air in brake lines.

2. Faulty Brake master

3. Faulty abs module.

4. Possible leak from rear drum pistons. (will be easily noticed by leaks)

I will go with option 2.

You do not need a specialist, just a tech that understands how brakes work.

Have never had issues, with my alternator sir, car will be one year next month on uber/taxify... Remember I got it Nigerian used...I was in ur workshop January 2017 to seek advice on Peugeot 407, u told me not to buy, but I never listen...PEUGEOT 407 IS THE BEST THING THAT HAPPEN TO ME ...the car has made millions for me...
WE KEEP LAGOS MOVING...

Alternator failure is what caused this.

Peugeot 407 have a minimum threshold of 11.9v, you cannot even managed car for 30mins if alternator fails.

It was back on the road next morning.

I still condemn peugeot cars. grin
