Yes sir, any number of volatile chemical preservatives could have killed him.
The government has banned the use of chemicals like formalin, and ammonia that have chocking effect but some people or companies still use them. Best to open the place and let it air properly for a day.
Solvent based paint are the worst. The volatile solvent is more dangerous. I've been to businesses and restaurants that operate after being painted with the gloss, it's very chocking and would definitely kill if slept in such place with poor ventilation.

But the new CBN policy has changed everything. The dollars sent from abroad is now cornered at the top level by the banks. No one will pay any receiver in dollars anymore. All the banks only pay naira at official rate when you send dollars from outside.
It used to be that when you send dollars, you receive dollars and do whatever you want with it. But not anymore.

It would be a good policy if we business people can access dollars from the bank.

Oh i am not looking to use it for priming, I am going for this limewash look for my place, thus my enquiry.

The background is showing shadows of objects there. Whitewash would rub off slightly and may not be ideal inside although it may let the wall cool due to the porous nature.

I could supply you but you would be wasting your money. Forget whatever you read anywhere. Limewash can't compare with ordinary budget emulsion in priming.
It definitely won't reduce paint consumption and may even increase it.

You're are correct sir. When I wanted to open a domiciliary account, I was told to go and buy the dollar outside to fund it.
Subsequently, I buy from the black market. The BDC operators are always inside the banking hall to also buy directly from those that collect western union. Mostly they get it directly from the banks as they are familiar with the staffs there.
The banks are the main culprits. They get the dollar at the official rate and don't let it get to the business people that need it at the official rate so that they buy at higher rate and pass it to the customers.

I think Islam gives an insight to how infinite the universe is. We say lord of the heavens and earth. We are told man is made from clay, jinns from flameless fire and angels from light. Those things the op posted are very minor things jinns can do and they are creatures of the almighty like us. Some say Solomon in the bible made use of them to build some edifice.

[Unceasingly] He adds to His creation whatever He wills" According to Quran commentators, the number of wings denotes their power and speed by which they engage in working at Allah’s command throughout the universe. Light is defined as any radiation within electromagnetic spectrum from radio waves to gamma rays including visible light, all forms of radiations move approximately at the rate of 186,000 miles/second. Such is the speed of discovered frequencies. As explained in the creation of angels earlier, if we accept that angels are created from a concentrated form of nur (light) whose frequency remains undiscovered or yet incomprehensible then we can imagine their ability to traverse billions of years or light years distance. The Quran mentions their ability to travel such unimaginable distances in a very short period of time: "all the angels and Ruh [Archangel Gabriel)] ascend to Him [daily,] in a day the length whereof is [like] fifty thousand years.” The term 'fifty thousand' is not literal but implies extremely long distance. This theory may also explain the hadith when Prophet Muhammad ﷺ saw Archangel Gabriel, the leader of all angels, in his original form and claimed that: “he had six-hundred wings which filled the horizon.”

This wall was done with premium emulsion its better than silk for outdoor or indoor surface(this is just a comparison i dont know about paint ooo)...do you get

I read you correctly the first time but assumed you meant the actual painting picture of the products because you can't really distinguish different types or grades of paints from looking at the bucket.
You can't notice any difference even with the opened wet bucket.
It's is only after application you can determine the type of paint due to the flatness, sheen etc hence why I post actual painted pictures and give description of the type of paint used.

Budget emulsion is the cheapest and lowest quality obviously due to low materials used. It can only be used for internal manageably and ceiling where nothing touches. Spread rate: 40 sqm for 2 coats 20 liters.
Premium emulsion is higher quality that is durable for both internal and external use due to better quality and volume of materials used. It can be used on screeded and unscreeded walls. Spread rate: 50 sqm for 2 coats per 20 liters
Matte emulsion has low sheen, is flat and cleanable. It's best suited for screeded walls or smooth plastered wall with emulsion primer first applied to smoothen it. Spread rate is 50 sqm for 2 coats 20 liters drum.
Satin has high sheen, is flat and cleanable. Best suited for screeded walls and best to use stabilizing solution after sandpaper application of the screeding to prevent easy peeling. Spread rate is 60 sqm > per 20 liters drum.
Silk is basically satin with higher quality, i.e more solid content or lower water content to give more tougher coat.
