The soil would retain water close to the building long enough for it to be absorbed by the wall.
Ideally, landscaping should be done in a way that water flows away from the building fast.

It would work alright. It has heating elements to create heat which work in any climate. He just wanted how to effectively let out the steam so to say from the drying cloth out of the building so as not to build up humidity.

Truth as I see it is that we are greatly influenced by where we are born into.
It would be difficult for pastor adeboye or bishop oyedepo's children to convert as they grew up into the religion in a strong christian home.
Same thing goes for children from deeply Islamic homes.
Most people that change religion don't do so out of finding truth which in itself is subjective as every religion is convinced it is the truth. People mostly convert if what they are seeking in terms of finance, marriage, emotional/spiritual challenges couldn't be met in one religion but promised in the other religion.
No stable person with no major challenge in his life and well entrenched in his religion would willingly change the way of life he is used to and that works for him and his father before him.
Muslims would say he should have gone to seek the truth, I mentioned that above already, besides he has no where to go to because he lives in an atheist state except he has the resources to transverse the world to sample different religious experience.

I produce my brand of paint called Regal paint.
We use machine and basically the same chemicals also.
I could even include specialised chemicals you won't see easily in market brands on request.
