If the plastering is smooth, a thick emulsion primer may be used for matte application.
We have done it even for satin for rental property but nothing still beats screeding to give better smoothness.

Whether you screed or not, one coating of satin will do just fine. For emulsion however, you need 2 or 3 coats, but emulsion paint doesn't really require screeding anyway.

I don't agree that one coat of satin will do just fine, even if there is color uniformity, there still needs to me a minimum film coat thickness.

U save on painting when you screed.

If you don't screed, you won't need to use matte or satin. Cheaper emulsion is used.

Screeding is not as durable as cement plastered wall. Screeding is just meant to give it a level of smoothness that cement render can't give.
You can get a relatively stronger screeding by using sufficient extra binder or ready mixed putty.
Even tenement houses do screeding to add value to the house. That should have been his argument rather than say it would make wall last longer.

The client was mandated to repaint in line with the estate policy.
We used brilliant white emulsion for the inside and applied varnish to give it sheen and make it more washable due to the high maintenance color in a tenement house.

A very big thanks to the client, @ bolu1986 for the recommendation.
Sandpaper machine was used for the wall preparation, then a stabilizing solution was applied to bond the residual powder from the sandpaper to prevent peeling of paint.
Paint spraying machine was used to apply the paints. It gives a smoother finish without brush or roller marks, and sprays discreet paint particles that is flatter, gives better aesthetics and doesn't peel continuously unlike roller applied satin.

Interesting topic. Many non virgins were just unfortunate to be taken advantage of.
In university, many senior guys prey on freshers every new session. The so called virgin may be fortunate to not be in such situation or she may be disciplined. We may never know.
Even the non virgin was once a virgin and stayed with one guy but ended up with high body count.
There's no assurance the virgin may not want missen adventures or be curious later.
Good character and loyalty is the best trait in a woman. There is guarantee any class of woman would posses them whether they were virgins or not.

I think you are getting it all wrong. The issue is not if polystyrene will burst into flames. The issue is, polystyrene is a product of petroleum crude. It is not a wise decision to clad homes in petroleum products. This is not the same thing as doors. Doors retard to a limited extent the spread of fire. Polystyrene propagate the spread of fire.

When there is fire, it is not the FIRE flames that kills. It is the smoke, poisonous gas and the lack of oxygen that kills. In the event of fire, polystyrene cladded ceiling will melt and drip to the floor, making escape and rescue difficult. Polystyrene will emit black poisonous smoke, sucking up the oxygen which can lead to death.

It's suffocation by smoke that kills first in case incidents.
Smoke from melting polystyrene would be very toxic.

Going the present rate and reality, painters charge average of N7500 per room.
Since a drum would be needed for an average room, average rate per drum is N7500.
For screeded walls, since sandpaper and wall preparation is involved before the actual painting, average of N10000 per drum is applicable.

Silk N63000 a drum.
Satin and silk is used interchangeably by our local painters probably due to the similar finish, but silk has a higher solid content and is the term foreign brands mostly use.
