on the german scale you have about 2.1 so you are VERY VERY qualified to get admission in Germany.. Good luck

With all this problems, I think you guys should avoid any school whose application is through uniassist. Unless you don't have other options.

it's almost impossible cos more than 80% of German schools use student assist. So it should rather be how do we solve this student assist problems. . Cos i know Nigeria is among the countries that apply to German schools the most. So they shouldn't be making us pass through so much stress just to submit our own credentials and PAY WITH OUR OWN MONIES again....

Probably write to the admins in group so they receive so much complain mails explaining our challenges or someone in Germany could help us go to their office and lay a complaint. or maybe any other way we can come up with

omo e be like say the higher your Nigerian CGPA the lower your german equivalent ... cos i get 4.55 and calculated my own using this formular and i dey get 1.33 for german scale

guys please someone told me here that if you apply for a course in MSc different from your BSc course that the embassy is more likely to deny you VISA . I want to know how true this is cos I want to change from Petroleum Engineering to Process or renewable.

please guys I have been following this german thread for a while now and tho I have understood so many things, I'm still confused on others. please someone should come to my aide and please don't refer me to previous pages cos I have read like 60 pages already from page one and i havent found answers.

1) I Studied petroleum Engineering in Bsc and I'm planning on going for an Msc in germany and seeing that germany does not have a well functioning Oil industry and only one school doing Petroleum Enginering in MSC level, I'm planing on doing something totally different like Process Engineering, or Renewable Engineering or Even Communication Engineering. do you guys think its a good choice or which other area would i adapt easily that would also earn me a job when I'm done with studies cos omo I don apply for work for Naija and I'm already tired? (any Petroleum Engineering BSc in the house who was also in my shoes should help me biko)

2) When sending documents to uniassist am I to photocopy the original and certify at the High court or Certify the original copy and then photocopy them?

3) I keep hearing people say they measured their CGPA on the german scale, where do I do this? or how do i know the equivalent of my Nigerian result in german scale (finished with 4.55/5)

4) I have seen people giving testimony and I believe before next October by the grace of God I suppose don start school for Deutshland. I'll be waiting for your help guys.
