There's probably an issue with your acct, why not open another instead?
I suggest with different info and of course diff email, check the terms tho to see where u might have gone wrong I haven't gotten any mail like this before.

after a survey I did successfully by the time I was submitting, it gave me an error page,, I did not see where to put my coin address.. This is the second time it's happening

Hi, milkeeze, sorry about that, I just mailed one of their head of management with some little complains, am yet to get a reply but I believe they are working on it, meanwhile I suggest you try again, its mostly issues with their third party partners not particularly them.

You don't have to constantly check their webpage to get surveys, you will be notified by your registered email each time you have survey offers,just make sure to use an active email, also check your spam folders in case the mail is classified as spam and change to NOT SPAM, also activate browser notifications just in case.

forgot to add that surveys are ussualy scanty on weekends so you might want to keep watch on your mail tommorow.

You are to input it at the end of each successful survey and your balance will be credited immediately (not before), be sure to use an active email, as this is where you will receive your survey notification from time to time.
