mass air flow sensor. my bmw 5series does thesame thing. it will jack forward ga wen i kick off and wen i slow down it does it again ga. my mechaic put a code on it that came back to be mass air flow sensor. also cam shaft sensor . talk to your mechanic about it and see what happen.
