Debbiey:I will guide you, your husband should be prepared to establish home tied through his work and his experience. That’s basically that and he should be conversant with all details pertaining to you his spouse such as schooling details, marriage details, if you have children etc He should be fine but from experience F2 for the husband usually gets denied at instance but yours may be different. I was denied in January 10 in Lagos, re-applied and got a date in February 16 in Abuja and got approved. I was going to see my wife and children. I hope this helps |
Hi Gurus in the house, this is my transcript for F2 held in Lagos in the 10th Jan. Interviewed by a Black American. Got delayed. I would appreciate any useful suggestions. God bless, kindly note the following details before reading the transcript. 1. My wife and daughter left Nigeria together. 2. My wife gave birth to our son while studying and she is currently being taken care off by a paid Nanny. She lives in a two bedroom 3. My brother lives in the US with his wife, he is Legal Permanent Resident. His wife’s company filled for him being a spouse of an alien worker. 4. On my DS-160, when asked whether I have any relative in the US, I said yes and put my wife’s name (spouse) since she lives in the US. VO: What program are you going for? Hi, Having issues imputing my receipt reference number for a F2 visa. In 2020, I applied for a B1/B2 Visa, paid visa fees and scheduled an appointment for 10th April, 2020 with the MRV receipt however, due to the COVID-19, visa appointment was cancelled by the Consular office in Lagos. I am currently applying for an F2 Visa with a new receipt/ reference number but I still find my old MR reference/receipt number on my dashboard. I tried securing an appointment with same but it keeps no saying there is no appointment available date for F1 Visa. I need am advise on how to input the new MRV receipt for the F2 recently paid for. Thanks guys, Appreciate your response. |
Did you reschedule to an earlier date or future date at your first attempt ? |
Further to my last, I already have my SEVIS for me and my daughter. Thank you. |
