Regarding Mercy's real estate claim. First time I heard her talk about it was during the oppo fashion challenge when she, Venita, Ike and Frodd were teamed together. They were talking about different areas on the island, areas they'd love to live in, areas they can't be caught dead in etc. She mentioned that there was an area in lekki (I think phase 2) that no one wanted to move into when it was newly developed but within a short time it boomed and people started showing interest and she got buyers to some of the houses there. Imagine the commission you will get for getting buyers for just 3 houses in Lekki, one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the country. That can afford you Dubai trips, plenty designer dresses and wigs. Still doesn't explain her very expensive lifestyle though

How expensive is her lifestyle really?. If you can get commissions running into millions, what can't you afford.

This shows you are as dumb as your madam. In naija do you really need to go to the university to be an estate agent. As long as you can market and source buyers for a property, that's all you need to be an estate agent. If you have a certificate, that's a plus.
