The Chief Fisherman of the Sekondi Fishing Harbour, Nana Kofi Essoun, has said that over 900 commercial sex workers from Nigeria have erected sheds in and around the Sekondi harbour to ply their trade. This, he said, has made the community which hosts the harbour, European Town, very unsafe for its residents, 3news.com reports. Kofi Essoun added that crime has become very rampant in the community with innocent people being attacked almost on a daily basis. “The harbour is now not safe. He added that if the council fails to address the matter, he himself will soon organise the community member to destroy all the sheds that have been put up by the prostitutes. “The regional coordinating council headed by the regional minister has refused to act but we will not sit aloof for things to get out of hand. I will make sure their structures are demolished soon,” he said.

It kind of makes sense because if someone can't pay you, what makes you think he will then pay you back including interests that has almost tripled the money. Isn't that wickedness and devilish?
I know it's bad to take loan and not pay but any load company that is adding instrests up to more than 2 months to one year must be closed by the government.
That's blatant wickedness.

It happened to my friend 9years ago.

He collected a loan at Oceanic bank and when Ecobank took over,he knowingly stopped his repayment thinking that the merger was away to narrowly escape paying up his loan liabilities so, as time went by,he started a business and when he needed a loan,he approached diamond bank at wuse zone 4 and the bank went further to check him up at Credit Burea...men,this guy was owing money he never expected with so much compounded interests.

He had no other option but to pay but the bank refused to grant the loan until he was able to prove to them in subsequent application that he was capable.
