She's from a bloodline of warriors. It's therefore not unconnected. |

Dollyak: Let's be honest, all tribes are slaves to the north. Which other tribes can enjoy such protection or make threat without geting arrested. I give them credit, they have a way of keeping other tribes in check. Maa ever sobe mo. Yoruba are no slaves to nobody. There is no need for making needless threats. We ain't suckers. We are a king maker. We brought in this government & if there is a need to make a change, we'd make our prowess count. |

SalamRushdie: We all know it was OBJ that spent 16 billion on power which is roughly more than half of the 11 trillion , Jonathan has cleared his name from the figure because he had no reason to spend that much since he had just privatized fully and the his total power budget was about 400 billion naira ...So please take your accurate SERAP report to Abeokuta and confront OBJ for now Sir Jonathan cleared Nothing. He couldn't account for the billions meant for power before it was privatized in 2013. Jonathan still went ahead to inject billions into power that had just been privatized in less than a month in the name of bail out. |

Honestly that your account was actually annoying but it was good. Mehn, I'll give it you. This is classic. You are good, trust me Timemod1. "A puppeteer just worked on you." , and it has been banned. It's too much of a coincidence. Once again, you are very good. As in, when I figured it out, I was laughing at myself. You are good. Go and read Sidney Sheldon Tell me your dreams. Lol. You had to pull me back here. Lol. You should think it's just a mere coincidence that has no apparent connection or validation to me. Given that I might sound tad similar to just about anyone. Ngozi123: Why are you so afraid of Mynd.44; what did he do to you? [s]Was he the mod who banned your time.manager and time.mod accounts?[/s] Take a look at this thread & see how big the issue in question. I won't indulge you while denigrate the thread with pettiness. Mynd or any other person's moniker you must have had in mind, has no place on this thread. This thread is a clarion call to Yorubas of all stratification and as such be treated with seriousness. |

No one is dragging me here; the only reason why I'm still in this thread responding to your likes is for the sake of the more gullible Igbos, who aren't aware of you people's mannerisms. Personally speaking, I couldn't care less about what you think of Igbo women because I don't care about the thoughts, feelings or opinions of non-Igbos in general. Who learns 5 different languages without a sense of deductive reasoning... Damn! The first paragraph of my post answers your question. You're just too emotive & irrational in thoughts. You tried to come back far off the mark whenever your comment was being met with superior intelligence. You've been found out as being far less intelligent, more boisterious to your chargrin ... I knew that long time ago but couldn't have been more pleased how others were able to feast on you. Let me write in transliteration so you won't be able to translate this: anta rujayl, lasta rajul. The Arabic description amuses me but on the contrary, You're the one being dragged & flogged like a recalcitrant child begging for mercy. Female for female, honeychild strangulated you & made you bled. She Shut you up And for Igbo women, it irks me how naturally riotious, uproarious & uncouth you are. A similar tendency of 1929. cstr1000: You are intelligent. I personally kept away from nairaland because of how embarrassed I was at my Igbo people. The penchant to fight the wrong battles and end up giving up an undeserved advantage to far inferior people in the Nigerian space. The war for aso-rock is intriguing. This is the best time in Nigeria to be an Igbo man because we of all the three major ethnics have far less invested in 2019. Instead of my brothers to sit-back, watch the jackals go at each other and then pick up the spoils of war, they are busy trying to be the sole voice of reason in a way that does very little good to honour the intelligence igbos are known for. It is very sad indeed. FYI, Igbos are the Most threatened in Nigeria, running helter skelter begging for One Nigeria in Red Caps Let's see & watch while y'all consumed in your own foolery... knightsTempler: [s]Buhari Protest: THINK!!! PICK YOUR BATTLES. Let Yorubas Handle This.
Can we be smart about this for once? Can we use our heads East and South of the River Niger? Can we just play the fool for once and end up as actually smart?
Buhari is a product of Northern grievance. I have written endlessly on this. The North feels cheated out of power which has led to Boko haram etc. They also believe their backwardness and destruction of their lands and death of their people is the fault of the south. Their warped thinking blames us. The great PDP was sacrificed on the altar of the Northern angst. Muazu that would have inherited the presidency from GEJ sacrificed his "heritage" just to placate his people. GEJ and Abdulsalam and and the the nation's power brokers all sat in Aso Rock and made the sacrifice. It is not that they like Buhari or hate GEJ. You saw the welcome of GEJ in Kano.
Today, with all the tension in the land, Yorubas have kept quiet[/s]. Now again Igbos are the ones going "live" and rioting to remove Buhari. They are the ones leading "resume or resign". [s]The Northern clerics and their almajiris are seeing this. They have been listening to Radio Biafra, watching Nnamdi Kanu and now Igbos are BEING USED to fight Buhari... fight the North as they see it. Why cannot some people sit and think .
Is Falana dead? Has Tunde Bakare become cripple? Has Wole Soyinka returned his Nobel Laureate award? Is Punch and Tribune and all Yoruba papers out of ink? All the Yoruba voices are silent out of tact and brilliance and intellect. But some people think it is their head that should be used to break coconut for Tinubu and Osinbajo to make coconut "candle" and coconut rice.
If this goes awry and the Northern clerics begin their preaching, like 1966, guess who they will blame for trying to take power from them? The Yorubas that will directly benefit are "kprorring" and folding their hands across their chest and hands gripping their lips together in silence. Other "constitutional voltrons" are risking the safety of our people up North perhaps for peanuts paid surreptitiously to a PROFESSIONAL DEMONSTRATOR from Kogi and or an ambitious Igbo man whose activities will be interpreted as the actions of all Igbos. (I have no problem with ambition. I actually like this chap. But some people aren't thinking)
My point? We have NOTHING TO GAIN from a Buhari return. We have NOTHING TO GAIN FROM A BUHARI RESIGNATION. El Rufai and Tinubu will be the beneficiaries. Everything will remain the same. However, it will be on record that Igbos (interpreted as all of the south not Yoruba) will have inherited hate and anger for taking power from the North and CHEATING THEM OF THEIR TENURE.
It is time for Ohaneze and Igbo senior voices to tell some people to stop risking lives.
LET YORUBAS AND HAUSA-HAUSA FULANI face their Aso Rock "Game of Thrones". For the rest of us, Let us wait for 2019 and see what we can do. Fighting over Buhari resuming or resigning simply shows people have no idea how to PICK THEIR BATTLES[/s].
- Ena Resume or Resign?, I assume Deji Adeyanju is an Igbo, Dumbo! Pains of Marginalization has become your opera. Id io ts. |
